I stayed at a connection room, a family room which has a door to next room and the other guests speaks loudly, make lots of noises or laughs hardly at 3 am, 5 am in the morning sometimes that was very bad.

Easy to find and has a private garage (underground parking area) for free.

The AC in the room was very cold and couldn't be adjusted. The temperature iin restaurant was high. I think they have an issue with AC

the car parking system and entrance. i was told by the reception that car parking depends on availability and if i am late at night i might end up using paid parking on street which was not mentioned before booking and i had to adjust my schedule just so that i could end up parking properly before the spots were filled. in addition the entrance and exit of the parking is same and very stressful to manage to take the car in or out of parking.

room is very congested. other hotels offer a room with more space so i recommend this to be reviewed.

Super tight basement parking spaces and limited street parking options.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The location is super convenient – close to shops, restaurants, and transport. For the price, it’s definitely great value. Big shoutout to Anne at the front desk (she’s Filipino!) she was so kind and helpful with everything. Made us feel really welcome. Would totally stay here again.

The Bath mixing Tap at the shower is very bad design. The tap used is something which cannot be opened or closed with soap in the hands. And the tap has no clear marking on which is cold and which is hot, which direction to turn!!

room/wall could not keep sound ;hear people out side talking . that woke me up in the night 😞. i tried to ask for a reciept/invioce as a normal form/many times to tell but the desk staff did not like to give it to me that was very wonder what s happen (normally this thing is a normal process to do for guest?// first ; they gave me only small peper-short receipt)

Woke up in the middle of the night due to cigarette smoke. Hotel now is a non smoking hotel but some guest were still not following. Had to move all our things to another room. Very inconvenient.

Accessible location. Has subway and McDonald's nearby for a quick bite. Breakfast buffet has lots of option.

Hotel need a bit of renovation but this is a small detail as overall it is very comfortable. Room was good, comfortable bed, good shower. Staff is very nice and helpful, they even allowed us to check in earlier. There is a great coffee downstairs in reception. Internet was good. very good price for what it offers. We stayed just 1 night as we had a layover, but worked perfectly well for us.
