United Arab EmiratesEvery thing was good except at the reception, as we had to wait for a long time for documentation. Everyone was asked to provide our ID's and two of us had only soft copys. After much argument and clarification, finally got entry to our rooms.
Overall hotel atmosphere were good and we enjoyed our stay, especially at swimming pools.

United Arab EmiratesWe booked for breakfast for the family however immediately after booking when I called the hotel to confirm if the booking went through, I was shocked to be told by the receptionist that I had only booked breakfast for two and I needed to add AED 140 to accommodate the rest. However when we arrived we were told that we had to pay 280 more instead of 140. That's was a really a downside of it. Otherwise it's a good hotel good value for the money. The staff need to be smiling more.
The location is quite good. Within the city 10 minutes drive to the beach. Closer to a number of restaurants, Loved the Jacuzzi, the swimming pool is very big.

United Arab Emiratesr, our non-smoking room had an unpleasant smell, and we had to insist on changing rooms — they eventually agreed. There was an unexpected AED 4 charge above the Booking.com rate. When questioned, the reception gave inconsistent and unclear responses, claiming it was either a card verification or a fee related to online bookings, but no refund was issued. The included breakfast was basic, and the AC was too cold, requiring it to be switched off at times to avoid discomfort.
Stayed at the hotel for a short visit. The location is convenient, and for the price, it offers decent value for money. Facilities like a gym and pool are a plus.

BhutanI recently stayed at this hotel, which is rated as a 5-star property, and while there were some positive aspects, there were several areas where it fell short of expectations for a hotel of this standard. Firstly, the cleanliness of the room did not quite meet the level expected from a 5-star hotel. Some surfaces felt dusty, and overall housekeeping could be improved. Additionally, the TV was outdated, with limited channels and poor picture quality, which made in-room entertainment disappointing. There was no bathrobe provided, and the toiletries appeared to be previously used or not replenished properly, which was quite surprising and unacceptable at this level of accommodation. The toilet flush button was extremely hard to press, making it inconvenient. The bathtub was quite small, and the shower hose was fixed, which made taking a proper shower uncomfortable and difficult. Furthermore, the elevators were very open, and more concerning was the fact that anyone could access the floors without any security measures in place. This raises safety concerns, as 5-star hotels are generally expected to have better guest security and access control. In summary, while the staff were courteous and the location convenient, the overall experience did not reflect what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. A few upgrades and improvements in cleanliness, amenities, and security would make a significant difference.

United Arab EmiratesAC works very bad and very noisy. When it starts working, the ceiling makes some noise also. There was only 1 towel for 2 of us. When I asked to bring 2 small and 1 big towel, we've got only 1 additional towel. Next day it was the same picture after our room was cleaned - 1 big towel only. The bed was uncomfortable and a firm mattress. No breakfast included.
