Rixos Ras Al Khaimah is a very nice hotel, especially for families with kids. The place is clean and well maintained, and we enjoyed a beautiful sea view from our room. The staff are friendly and quick to respond to any requests, which made our stay comfortable. The only point is that the food was better in other Rixos hotels I’ve tried in the past, but overall it was still a pleasant experience.

The beach and pool timing is short, I wish they would extend more time especially to the pool bar.

The facilities were superb, you can do a lot of things. Choices for swimming area are quite good and several selections where you want to swim. There are playing area for kids, teens, adults. Live bands were impressive. If you choose to have all inclusive for a stay, you will enjoy their buffet, snacks and unlimited drinks, as well as ice cream.

It was hard to see the entire property in one weekend because it is so grand

The adult pool did not have a swim up bar, not being able to book the a la cart restaurant on check in day, not being able to make bookings at the a la cart restaurants for more then just the number of people in the room, we visited with friends, who stayed in a different room, we all tried booking the a la cart and were not able to get a reservation at the same time in the same restaurant so ended up eating at the buffets.

The buffet restaurant is a bit hectic , I feel a booking system would have been better here. Many dishes at breakfast and dinner took quite a while to replenish but being able to eat in the steak restaurant on the second night made up for this.

Large spacious , clean rooms , we had a lovely ground floor balcony looking out on the sea . Staff from reception to the pool bars & restaurants were so friendly and helpful. The coastal setting is beautiful. The food in Toro Loco was 10/10 as were the chicken bao buns we were served in Sol.

We’ve stayed at this property before, but this time under a different operator — and it was just as memorable. The all-inclusive package made everything seamless and stress-free, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy our time. It was a very comfortable stay, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail. Our family had a great time together, and the overall experience was both relaxing and refreshing. Looking forward to coming back again!

All staff were amazingly friendly and made our stay very comfortable. Paing the housekeeping attendant was very neat and made our rooms perfect. All restaurants were superb especially orient with their amazing manager Mahmoud Ali who was just an absolute pleasure to have met.

Some guest were swimming without proper swim attire which unhygienic and not as per the resort standard We reported that and a professional manager attended our complain . Well done !

However, we were a bit disappointed with the kids club. The activities did not follow the schedule that was shared, and unfortunately, the staff’s behavior with the children was not as kind or engaging as we had hoped. We believe there’s room for improvement in this area to better match the overall high standards of the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and enjoyed every moment of it! The staff were incredibly welcoming, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. A special thanks to the housekeeping team—especially Usman—for going above and beyond to make our stay so pleasant. Usman was always attentive, polite, and made sure our room was spotless and well-stocked. Thank you for the excellent service. We’ll definitely be back!

The pools were very warm, could have done with cooling them by a few degrees especially during summer months. The buffet food was not very nice and not much of a selection/variety. Better to opt for the a la carte restaurants

Our room/villa was lovely, the hotel lobby and restaurants were nice. Good selection of pools and facilities, beach, gym, evening entertainment etc.
