Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

KenyaNothing, all was good. Had a moment during my first extension where the day receptionist thought I was overstaying an odd miscommunication that at first felt rough, but that was all.
Lovely hotel! Maureen was very pleasant and welcoming she even gave me an upgrade. I ended up extending my stay for a week, and the next :-) The food is great, and the housekeeping was very thorough and had attention to detail. Nino always checked if I needed anything in the kitchen. The room is huge and spacious, and the hotel is close to the metro. Plus, there are also lots of taxis just outside. The breakfast was good, the spa and massages are very relaxing, the gym is well equipped too.

United KingdomThere's nothing I don't like, per se. With that said, objectively speaking, amenities are probably. better suited for business travel than personal travel. Other hotels in the area probably have nicer recreational areas (pools, spas, etc), but if your expectation is function and not design or polish, than this would be a great hotel for families as well.
This is a wonderful property for business travelers who are in town for meetings or work in the nearby area. Self-contained studios allow for you to be able to easily store some food for quick dinner, snack or breakfast on the go, and the room itself is quite sizeable.

United StatesOur experience at Staybridge Suites Dubai Internet City was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with care and genuine hospitality. Shalika at the front desk welcomed us and had our room ready well before check-in after a long flight—what a thoughtful gesture! Alex, Maureen, Lakai, and Anam were also incredibly helpful and kind throughout. The restaurant team—Ashish, Salome, Elya, and Nerud—made sure we had plenty of delicious vegan and vegetarian options. Huge thanks to chefs Pedro and Nisal for the amazing food! Our suite felt like a luxury apartment with ocean and city views, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, 1.5 bathrooms, and a spacious balcony. Thiha and Abdullah kept our room spotless and cozy. The gym (open 24/7), sauna, steam room, and pool were all pristine. Special shoutout to Prashad, the Security Supervisor, for his professional and friendly presence. We also had the pleasure of meeting Claudino Pereira, the Guest Experience Manager, who made sure everything was perfect. My husband, 18-year-old son, and I were truly blown away. We read the 5-star reviews and didn’t fully believe them—until we experienced it ourselves.
