No slippers and face towel by default . One of the night club asked for entrance payment even I was the client of the hotel so I did not passed in .

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel getting a clean , large and confortable room with daily cleaning service and a delicious breakfast during my stay . In the hotel nearby I could enjoyed the local food choosing one of the restaurant . The Mall of the Emirates is in a 5-10 min walking distance which is pretty convenient. The SPA it is ok as I have used the pool and the Gym but no massages facility I do consider that is a little bit expensive compared with similar available from my country. Nightlife places (bar & clubs) available inside the hotel. Finally I'd like to thanks to the front desk receptionist Rania who did her best for any request I might have .

The bed was a bit hard, and not enough nighttime lighting. But this was only a minor issue.

I really liked my room. Very spacious and plenty of daylight. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. I really enjoyed my stay here. I will definitely visit again.

A comfortable stay , the staff was professional and caring. We chatted with girl staff at the front desk, very attentive and thoughtful. Their service made my stay warm and comfortable. My stay was not too much long but i would like to say that since i entered i liked the behaviour of One of staff Ranya i was tired and sick as she felt she was giving full attention by providing me a welcome drink and asking them to take my luggage from me,helping me before even asking make me feel valued . small gestures but its gave me a positive impression for the hotel. Also The room amenities were nicely done, spacious, and rooms were very comfortable . Breakfast was ok not too much variety but good ! Thanks to the belboy jali also for assisting me .

I didn’t like that when I asked for a plate or water glass, they didn’t provide it. The window was sealed so I couldn’t get fresh air, and there was some noise from the nightclub and bar at night, though not very disturbing. Overall, still a good stay for the price.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. What really made the difference was the warm and welcoming service from the staff — especially Rania and Gamal at the reception. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always had a smile that made us feel at home. Thanks to them, check-in and check-out were smooth and quick, and she even shared some great local tips. Price was very cheap for the value. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely come back!

The pool area is tiny. Not enough space for loungers in the sun. Breakfast beverages choice for a high star hotel were unacceptable. Pre-made coffee and tea urns were all that were available. No decent alternative coffee options or any flavoured tea options, this surprised me given that all other hotels I’ve stayed in Dubai and RAK offer more than just pre-made stagnant hot beverages . You should not charge your guests extra if they would like a decent breakfast hot beverage. This is something that must be improved. Very basic fruit options for breakfast too. Although the F&B staff did procure a banana that I requested , as these were not an option on either of the days. Sauna and steam room, although advertised as available , were in fact not even working!

The reception staff and customer service desk were very helpful. Wait staff at breakfast were very amiable and did what they could to assist.

Didn't like the fact that I checked in around 6 pm and requested for late checkout by 2 pm next day. The check in staff acknowledge and approved. Next day morning some staff called me at 11 30 am and told me to leave Max by 1 pm. Didn't like their sudden change of mind.
