The security is overly excessive. Being in Dubai, I don't think this level of scrutiny is needed. For e.g. if you invite a friend, you have to go through a check from security, the Careem/Noon riders are not allowed to deliver to the rooms so you have to come down every time you order, etc. The hotel needs to tone down the Security a bit, there are cameras everywhere to monitor everything so they should allow the guests to live without limitations.

Good location in Barsha Heights/Tecom, clean rooms, balcony, easy approach. Highly recommended for work or family vacation stays.

My family and I had a great experience during our stay at the hotel. We really liked the 2BHK apartment — the living room was spacious, and the bedrooms and kitchen were well-arranged and comfortable. The overall setup was excellent. The staff at the cafeteria/restaurant were very accommodating. I’d like to especially mention the Filipina staff member on duty during the morning shift of June 7th. She was friendly and helpful, even informing us that we could request scrambled eggs. The scrambled eggs were prepared by an Indian staff member, who was also very kind and attentive. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide towels in the pool/recreation area. It would help prevent wet floors when guests return to their rooms. Additionally, there was no lifeguard on duty that day, which is something the management may want to address for guest safety. Nevertheless, it was an overall great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

All good with a minor exception of Nespresso coffee machine in the room with the sticker to advise it was AED 2.5 for each capsule. This would be fine if the sticker was visible but it was on the side of the machine, easy fix - move the sticker

Check in was good. Not sure they should be asking for the security deposit which was higher than the accommodation cost. Not necessary if you already have a credit card on file

Check-in process took a bit long, longer than expected.

Room/apartment was clean and spacious, better than I expected for the price. The lunch buffet downstairs was great, affordable and very convenient. Area is nice and walking distance from many shops, restaurants and bars as well as the metro station.

Not much to say actually but we requested an extra shower towel because there was only one, and they never brought it, and I had to call twice for an iron and that it took like 40 minutes to arrive.

We just stayed for 12hs. to spend the night after a flight. The apartments are very spacious and a lot of necessary things like washing machine, microwave, fridge, etc. Very convenient.

The hotel's best time is over, the furniture is old, the bathroom has a curtain like it was 20 years ago, by the pool there were plastic bags that flew into the water, only 4 old and stained sunbeds, the photo did not match at all.

The staff tries to accommodate in everything, they are very nice and the gentleman who cleaned our place was perfect 👍 the swimming pool, as far as the cleanliness of the water is concerned 👍

The only thing I dis-liked and felt insulting that Hotel security twice stopped my guests (real brother and my friend with his all family) to go in to my apartment, as hotel management clearly know that I am also living along my family and coming from Oman to visit Dubai.

Overall good experience, the kitchen is missing the basics such as a cutting board and space to feel comfortable cooking. The gym is small and in poor condition but ok if you just want to get some movement in.
