United Arab EmiratesRoom isn't big compared to other hotels, Water slide is old, needs more attention to fix and add more water attractions Breakfast buffet could be better No much good resraurants around So you've to go to Fujairah for a good descent meal Or go for a half board bases.
I liked the fact the pool stays to 12 am everyday It's cozy and relaxing with nice lobby Ocean swim is incredible I liked Sharkey's pina collada ice cream ...delicious and a must try, staff there is good

The main purpose of choosing this hotel was for a family short gateway trip and relaxation, far away from the city’s hustle and bustle and it turned out to be the perfect place for that! This was our second time, but the first since the renovation. Starting with the reception, everything was extremely smooth and professional as the receptionist on duty made it even more personable, small chat with the intention the ensure that our stay would be just perfect, actually the whole team at the reception are very professional and very friendly.🤩 We truly enjoyed the full experience — our garden view interconnected family rooms, long, pristine beach, impressive pool and a bar, an excellent breakfast buffet and most of all, the warm and welcoming staff! And here definitely should be mentioned Said, Nadima, Shanuka and unforgettable Kiwan at the pool bar!😉 The staff genuinely care about your complete comfort, right from check-in all the way to check-out. Everything at this resort is well-organized and incredibly comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing gateway!

United Arab EmiratesThe resort is amazing. The staff are incredibly friendly starting from the front desk with Mazrouk who was wonderful. Very helpful, smiley and even took went out of his way to help with things. Dyan and Nora in the buffet restaurant who were very helpful and wonderful. Not to say the rest of the staff on the restaurant who were all incredible. Paul the housekeeping staff me fed who was one of the most incredible human beings. Very smiley, helpful, friendly and a great energy. Definitely a resort to keep coming back to.
