How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Construction was ongoing outside the hotel view, the walk to the mall was a bit further than expected
The staff was helpfull enough to assist us in printing our flight tickets. All with smilling faces from the door entrance to when we depart.

Cleanliness could be improved in certain areas, particularly behind the lamps and under the sofas. Also, breakfast cost more at the property than booking it online, which was a little disappointing.
The location was convenient, around 15 minutes’ drive from Dubai Mall (up to 40 minutes in rush hour). The staff were very helpful — Anees at check-in was professional and welcoming, and Ibrahim (on internship) went above and beyond to answer our questions. Overall, the hospitality made our stay enjoyable.

Parking area are very narrow and you have to be careful from scratching your car

There is a construction works around the hotel but walk lanes are there.
The facility was comfortable and staff is friendly. Location is great for those who targeting to visit Mall of Emirates (by walk). Breakfast also was good

There is nothing to dislike.
I truly appreciated my stay there from the moment I stepped with very friendly and helpful staff. And this throughout. What I really enjoyed was the very spacious bedroom, ideal to work from it, the breakfast was excellent with very diverse offerings and choices, the overall cleanliness and last but not least, the very comfortable bed to recharge after long days of work in the city. Ideally located, it’s a short walk from the metro to move around easily but more importantly, it’s right opposite Mall of the Emirates which is very convenient for various needs. Lastly, thanks to the staff who made my stay smooth, Abid, Sahil, Reetu and Khaled!

In this time, there were some maintenance work in the front of the Hotel .. The Buffet of the breakfast needs to add more items but it still delicious ..
Thanks for Mr. Pratik for his cooperation and efforts .. It was the 4th wonderful family trip to Flora Barsha and will do it again in the future ..

A 200 dollars deposit was changed. (Too high) then they said they charged 80 for snacks in the room. Ok but only got back 31 dollars. They said they send they sent me 117-120 but I never received it.
The set up was nice . It was very clean

Views are not interesting. The pool in summer could have longer opening hours. Earlier opening and later close I recommend cleaning bathroom grouts but overall, clean
Really comfortable bed! Read many reviews criticizing the construction on the road but I heard nothing. And they work 24/7. The mall of Emirates en metro is convenient but consider walking about five minutes in the heat.

so far nothing but The construction beside the hotel are working at night so its a bit noisy and the tv list was very boring needs to be changed

The swimming pool seems to be a less well maintained. Also they do not allow children to accompany parents at the gym and need to be sitting separately.
The property is very clean and staff are all very friendly. The in-house dinning and restaurant has very good food. Overall the hotel in general is very good. Mall of Emirates is only a 5 min walk which was very convenient.
