The only recommendation I have is to improve the Wi-Fi connection, as it could be a bit stronger. But overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped stay in a great location with excellent service!

Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! Our stay at this apartment was wonderful from start to finish. The communication was excellent—always connected and responsive, with my WhatsApp messages answered almost instantly, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The apartment itself is perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. There’s plenty of storage, a hairdryer, washing machine, all the cooking ware you could need, and even washing powder provided for a couple of loads—such a thoughtful touch! The location is fantastic, with a dedicated beach area just a very short walk away along a picturesque promenade. The walk itself is lovely, lined with interesting restaurants if you feel like stopping for dinner. There’s also a great pet-friendly café nearby that serves healthy breakfasts, which we really enjoyed. For those who like to keep active, the gym is quite large and has all the essential equipment you’d need.

The apartment was fresh, cooling worked well, it was very hot when I was there. Access to the pool and gym facilities, excellent restaurants, across the road from the mall, plenty of taxis on hand to get about easily, everything I needed.

Access to the NH Collection skypool and beach was fantastic, the location with the Nakheel Mall opposite was very handy. The room amenities and size was very good and communication with the host and the fact they meet you to show you around on arrival was very welcoming and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay! Even though we arrived early at 1:30, someone was there to greet us, which was such a warm welcome. The beds were very comfortable, with plenty of cupboard space, and the kitchen area was perfectly adequate, although we didn’t use it. The location was ideal — close to both lively restaurants and quieter spots, so there was something for every mood. The pool was a real highlight, offering stunning views, and in the evening it became a lovely bar area. The staff were incredibly kind and responsive — any time I messaged, they replied straight away, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. On our last day, I wasn’t feeling well, and they kindly allowed us to stay longer before checking out, which was so thoughtful. We will definitely choose to stay here again!

No luggage storage, only in hotel in the other side of the building. The pool is very busy, at the end of the day it’s more of a soup rather than pool. Hard to get loungers at least in beginning of May. We preferred to stay in beach clubs. Our balcony was viewing busy road.

Location could not be better, 5 min to mall with amazing Georgian restaurant and Waitrose and 2 min to beach. Close to nice beach clubs, restaurants and amazing promenade. The beach from hotel is okay, but no toilets or changing cabins - just loungers and umbrellas and small swimming area. The view from the pool is unbelievable. Apartments are clean, have small kitchen with huge fridge and balcony. Building is nice too. No noise in the apartment. Bathroom is good as well. We had everything we could possibly need. The host is good and quickly replies. Thank you very much we enjoyed our stay.

There is no baggage room at the apartments reception desk, only option to store the luggage is NH Collection where they charge 50 DHS for EACH baggage!

Great location especially for the price. It is right on west beach which has a lovely promenade to walk or run along and lots of bars, beach clubs and lovely restaurants nearby, you can also walk across the road to the mall in 5 minutes. The rooftop pool is great, the food and drinks you can have there are also really nice! The room itself is small but more than comfortable and very clean. There is a nice view of the small port from the balcony! Rami was great at answering any questions I had pre arrival and when we arrived. We had a small issue with the shower which he had sorted within 15 minutes of me messaging him. Great accommodation would use again!

Very clean, well maintained and close to everything one needs on a holiday. All amenities were provided which made it much easier to settle in after a long flight. The location is perfect for beach, long walks, eating out and also very family friendly facilities indoors and outdoors. I recommend this apartment as the owner was exceptional in making sure we had a wonderful stay. There are lots of perks like discounts to local cafes and restaurants. The apartment is located with close distance to many landmarks and also Abu Dhabi.

- Public transportation is not the best - connection to the METRO via Monorail than Train only - Folding clothes drying rack needs to be changed !!! - Shower is unpractical

The host was great, and the reception is always available and very helpful. Easy access, very close to the mall & the beach, the view is beautiful, modern and elegant, free parking, beach access, room service but you have to ask the reception for the number. I highly recommend it. I actually damaged one of the bedside lamps, and the host was very cool about it, i offered to reimburse him. However, he did not charge me for it. Big thank you, and again, im very sorry. ❤️

This is not the apartment’s problem, but there are not many walking areas in the Palm, and to get to Dubai Marina or other places you need to take a taxi / car. (The monorail is not well connected to Dubai Metro.) Also, the pool closes at 6pm and a restaurant operates there in the evening.

The rooftop pool is amazing. The apartment is nice and clean and the staff was very helpful. The location is also very good, very close to the beach and also to Nakheel Mall and The View at The Palm.

Towels for the pool are not provided, but you can get them for a fee of 20 AED at the pool, which is totally fine. We brought our own, as I asked the owner in advance about pool towels. So not a problem for us at all!

The apartment was clean and pretty new. The location was absolutely great, only a 5 minute walk to the beach and Nakheel Mall. Restaurants and Beach clubs are within walking distance. The pool, which is the same as the one from the NH Collection, was best with a stunning view. We enjoyed our stay and I really recommend the apartment.
