We had a wonderful stay! The place was spacious, beautifully designed, and very clean. A special thank you to Mahmud, He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. Truly appreciated his outstanding support and hospitality.

It was exceptional. We felt you could reach out and touch the Burj Khalifa. Mahmud was there to greet us when we arrived and was easy to contact prior to our arrival. He was a gentleman and couldn't do enough for us. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

We struggled with operating the air conditioning. We couldn't turn it down

Location and very accessible to everywhere

Cleanliness of the place. When we got there, the garbage is still full and when we open the trash cabinet, there is a foul smell.

It was awesome staying there, the Burj Khalifa and Dubai fountain were gorgeous! The kids loved it. And Mahmud was great, he really looked after us.

I enjoy the view of Burj Kalifa and fountains. It is the best place to stay while visiting Dubai. The 3 big balconies give you the perfect view of the city. Mahmud was our assistant during the whole stay, a very kind person and ready to guide us during the whole trip.

Perfect Location, near Dubai Mall, with passage acces to the mall. Included parking Excellent views from level 53.

Location is amazing!!! The full view of burj khalifa is stunning and the staff Adeel is very helpful and accommodating.

The view was just our of this world, See images attached.. The pictures of the apartment don't really do it justice as it's massive, great for our party of 7. The bunk bed room is smaller than the image shows, The Burji Tower 1 is amazing, it is pristine, In that context our room is a little tired in places, which is understandable being a rental, it far exceeded our expectations. Mr Adheel, our host, was contactable at any time and was able to assist with any questions or requests for us promptly. The view, the view, the view. Unbelievable. The hotel connections to the Dubai Mall and Dubai Metro was a bonus with air conditioning walk ways.

The location of course, best view ever of the Burj Khalifa just outside the windows of any rooms in the apartment, spacious, facilities of the building, close to grocery store and food places. Also connecting Aircon bridge walkway to Dubai Mall. Our Host Ms. Sittie was excellent, accommodating and very helpful.

For the master bedroom the blankets were dirty and the mattress also dirty. Need to put fresh change of beddings for incoming guest and mattress needs to be steamed clean or change to new one. Other than that apartment is awesome as usual. Stayed in same Apt last year.

Only Mr. Hussien he was helpful valuable asset for his employer took good care of us he tried his best to overcome the problems we faced. Thank you Mr. Hussien for your support.

The tower reception staff were unprofessional and had bad manners. The wi fi was not working in the master bedroom. The kitchen cooking sets over used must be replaced. Water cattle was very dirty Mr. Hussien managed to replace it. Only one key for the apartment was issued. No storage available for the luggage we checked out few hours before our flight our luggage was left in the corridor outside the apartment.

Comfortable rooms and really stunning view and pool with a Burj Khalifa view was really great
