Staff were very warm and welcoming. Raul, Sabrina, and Hussein put extra effort into making sure my family was very comfortable. Beach and pool were amazing. Buffet dinner and breakfast were amazing. Very pleasant stay

It was a fabulous stay. The hotel location is very convenient; there are gift shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, walking distance. A clean room, swimming pool and the beach made my the stay comfortable.The hotel staff are very friendly and always happy to help, especially receptionists Rahul and Yassin. I am very grateful for all help I had from them. I am going to extend my stay for a couple days more. I like it here.

Gaioa was a bit of a let down, over cooked steak and undercooked risotto. The pool bar doesn't open until 11 even for soft drinks and water which was deffinitely annoying people. This meant that people were angry with the bartenders from the get go.

Rahul at reception, Farid at the pool bar, and all staff were excellent. Rooms were lovely, we had a junior suite, it was very spacious with a large balcony, the shower was enormous. The pool and beach were clean and nice.

I would like to kindly mention that the pool area appeared to need a bit of maintenance during my visit. With just a little attention, it would undoubtedly enhance an already wonderful experience. Thank you for your continued efforts in maintaining such a lovely property.

The room offered a generous and comfortable size, providing ample space to relax and unwind. The beach is absolutely lovely, and perfect for a peaceful stroll or a refreshing swim. Complementing the great setting is the delicious breakfast, served with a wide variety of high-quality options that cater to every taste.

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of the city. A mesmerizing sea view combined with an amazing pool adds more fun especially for a couple or family stay. The quality of the food across all the restaurants (including breakfast) could be a bit better. Ajman Saray has excellent quality food.

Staff were exceptional, incredibly helpful. Room was excellent as usual. We had some minor issues (flickering light bulb) but it was fixed promptly.

Dinner buffet wasn’t good enough and food quality as well but they were extremely understanding and they prepared what i ask for from their kitchen without charging anything and they promised to work in the same

Super nice, clean, and amazing hotel. All staffs are nice and got an upgraded room with a balcony and sea view. The room is superb. We loved it. Thanks for the upgrade Mr Rahul from the reception. We really appreciate your hospitality and kindness. We are happy and enjoyed our first time stay in this hotel.
