You have to book the observation deck to see the fountain display but it is a huge space with comfortable seating and could fit more than 1 family. Also humid in the summer. FYI fountain closed until October 25. Pool was smaller than expected but not busy so was fine. A washing stand would be good.

Clean modern interior. Very comfortable. Balcony with direct view of Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall 5minute walk. Great host helped with check in and left us everything we needed from water to washing detergent and slippers.

Reception could be more luxurious. And there were some minor topics in the appartement that could have been addressed better to make the experience a 10 out of 10. The to be improved topics have been shared with the property. We arrived late at the apartment. Therefore, a welcome fruitbasket or so would have made our arrival more special... the furniture on the balcony was not up to standard and partially broken, which caused discomfort while trying to enjoy the amazing view over the Burj Khalifa. There are some electricity sockets missing in the apartment iyam, or they don't work for a hair ironing board, for example. Overall a great experience though!

Perfect location, 5 minutes walk from Dubai Mall. Excellent parking facilities and easy but secure access. The host Salman did a great job with taking care of me on arrival and explaining everything. He was easy to contact and always available. Would book again next time!

I would like to have some extra towels and maybe a throw on the couch but it was not a dral breaker.

I loved everything about the appartment, everything went smoothly and the staff was extremly helpful. The appartment smelled amazing. Salman helped me check in on time, as i was travelling solo with a toddler he made sure everything went smoothly. He helped me with parking access and even allowed late check out. Amzaing communication with the host! Few min walk from Dubai mall, many dinning options just a stroll away from the property. I would definalety go there again :)

A spacious, well appointed, spotlessly clean, modern apartment with the most wonderful views of Burj Khalifa! Fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities in the unit. Upon arrival, we were met by Salman, a property management representative, who handed us the keys and walked us through the apartment and its amenities. Salman was very polite and helpful, always available, answering our questions and providing us with useful addresses - very much appreciated, especially as this is not a serviced apartment or hotel but a holiday rental.

There were 2 issues. First, the washing machine in the apartment was not functioning properly. Second, our flight was at night, so when we checked out, there was nowhere to keep our luggage safely. It is a facility extended by all hotels and serviced apartments, but the security refused to keep our luggage, which was a great inconvenience for us.

The apartment was as beautiful as in the photos. It was brand new and spotless. Our contact assistant, Salman, provided us excellent service. The icing on the cake was that the Burj Khalifa view was absolutely amazing.
