Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. United KingdomI can't fault the hotel at all however the location wasn't all that great. There were a few places to eat within walking distance but to get to attractions or nice food places we had to get a taxi. No buses or metro close by. But we would come back here as our stay was exceptional. :)
There is nothing that I can fault about our stay at the Element hotel. The ambience, excellent customer service, sunroof the apartment and rooms.. cleanliness.. everything was top notch. Staff were all very helpful and always smiling g ready to help at any time with any issues. (Not that we had much) But all queries were I standby answered. Every lobby staff member and diner staff. (Particularly Naveesha and Puja)They were very helpful always asking if everything was okay with the food. Breakfast was such a treat. Many different kinds of varieties.. loved the Indian touch to it We took out three apartments and were upgraded to connecting rooms which was great. The pool was of a good size we spent our mornings there. Kids enjoyed it thoroughly. 5a gym was a bonus for my teenage son. Kept him busy.

A true professional, with remarkable kindness and availability. At breakfast, my thanks also go to Harshal, Asma, and Nadeesha, who were wonderful throughout our stay. They took great care of my mother, who is disabled, with so much attention, kindness, and dedication. They always made sure everything was perfect for her and provided us with warm and impeccable service. Honestly, I have absolutely nothing negative to say: everything was perfect. first i was amazed at how big the size of the room was-it exceeded my expectation, the ambiance, the comfort, the quietness of the place was imaginable. we even watched the final game of France & Espanol on the big screen haha and not only that the breakfast was a complimentary with the booking the overall breakfast meal plan was amazing satisfying, delicious(will come back for the samosas and parotta/chapati) everything was clean and fresh. Every corner of the hotel was super clean both inside and outside. Very friendly, professional and welcoming staff, the gentleman that checked us in(Myanmar accent with a trainee nametag) was eloquent, elaborated every detail and made sure we understood all that concerns our stay and way around, the gentleman that assisted us with our luggage from the car to the room on the day of our arrival even inquired how was our day-such a lovely and friendly attitude(while maintaining professionalism of course) the cleaners, the chef at the breakfast lobby, the gentleman at the lobby that checked me out super super team and please keep it up (so sorry am not very good with names even when i read name tags haha) myself and family enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again.

PhilippinesWhen we arrived at the property, it was very hot and we were sweating. It’s already been a while standing in front of the Aloft reception before we were even offered a bottle of water each. During the check-in, it took a longer time than expected, very dull, no meaningful connection, very transactional and dull. No information to us where are the facilities which we can use e.g. pool and timings. When we arrived in the room, one of the beds has visible stain and the fridge has ice cubes from previous stay.
Property is great. Size of the studio room is pretty decent and spacious. Staffs were polite but we hoped they made rapport during the first encounter. Breakfast has very limited dishes.

ChinaThe room we rest is on the 5th floor, the last floor of guest rooms. Above this floor is machine floor. The machine's noise and vibration make the living and sleep uncomfortable.

We had a great stay. All the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. A special mention to Chef Alwin and Dau Nan who looked after us very well at breakfast-Thank you! Our apartment was lovely and clean and comfortable and very peaceful at night time. Close to local shops. Great having the free shuttle to go to the Mall and beach (although not the best beach!) The rooftop pool was great for the kids.
