We had a three-bedroom family sea view suite at the hotel, and everything was excellent. The staff were extremely professional and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional, especially like to thank Sanjaya, Monika & Faheem@kitchen for going above and beyond to help & took care of us during our stay – truly outstanding service! The kitchen staff were equally amazing – always helpful, attentive, and breakfast was delicious. The kitchen team deserves a huge appreciation for their delicious food and top-notch hospitality. My Whole family enjoyed hotel pools have to shout-out hospitality & lifeguard team were attentive & keeping everyone happy & safe. Highly recommend and would love to return! If you’re looking for good place for large family this is a good choice . Location is good although is far from the center but if you wanna stay in JBR this is good catch. Valet parking is a huge bonus. Staff are nice and helpful in general.

However, I believe the breakfast could be improved by offering more variety and expanding the available options to better cater to different tastes. Still, the service was friendly and the hotel offered good value. I would consider staying here again in the future. The pool was a nice addition, but I recommend adding more shaded areas or umbrellas to help guests enjoy it comfortably during the hotter parts of the day.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Dubai and had an overall positive experience. The room was spacious and clean, the location was excellent—close to key attractions and easy to access—and the breakfast was generally good.

Costs of room, food, drinks were very expensive but that is Dubai I guess.

Amazing size rooms - we had a two bedroom suite - it was HUGE! Rooms were well appointed although a little outdated and in need of some upgrades. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was AMAZING! and we loved the pool area.

The AC in the suite was not working well. the entire apartment including the rooms get very hot (even with closed curtains).

The hotel offers something pretty unique in the market which is a three-bedroom suite. Perfect for big families/large groups. Location is amazing, we loved walking in blue waters and the Dubai eye. Beach access and pool facilities made our stay pretty entertaining.

Had a very noisy Aircon or something in the roof that i couldn’t sleep because of the noise ! and workers make lots of noise during the morning past 3am which was very annoying

Everything was perfect. Only thing -and it is out of the control of the hotel- is that the access by car is somewhat complicated due to traffic jam in the nearby area with the tram crossing…nothing they can do at the hotel

Very neat hotel with very good outdoor facilities and private beach access. The staff is very kind and helpful from check-in to check-out going out of their way to make your stay great. Particularly great were the personnel at reception, at the pool and at the breakfast. Good quality and choice for breakfast and very good and efficient service at the pool bar.
