This was our first visit to Sharjah. The hotel boasts a strategic location, rooms with stunning views, and proximity to the Corniche. The staff is extremely respectful and helpful. Many thanks to Ms. Nadia at the breakfast restaurant for her excellent service and impeccable taste. The cleaners and room service in general are highly commended.

Half board menu for adult offered 3 courses - starter, main and dessert but not for kids, especially when the oldest was 15. Kids main were very limited to fast food so not healthy.

Staff were professional. Rooms were cleaned to a very high standard. A kind thank you to Jyoti who did a brilliant job in ensuring we were comfortable.

The location was very convenient—malls and stores were just around the area. The receptionist was so welcoming, and I really liked her friendly voice and aura. I believe her name is Salmina, and I can’t thank her enough. I truly hope she gets to read this 😊 Our stay at your hotel was very pleasant. The welcome cookies were delicious, and my kids were so happy because of them! The pool was a real highlight—we absolutely loved the pool area. It was perfect!

Amazing place! Perfect view, great location and, the most important, fantastic people working there! I would like to thank everyone, from the first smile at the entrance till cleaning services. Thanks a lot to Anass and Nadia at the restaurant, their professionalism, smiles and care makes you feel like home. Reines, sweet girl, still in training, amazing girl. Give her a permanent job, she does everything perfectly 🙂. Breakfast and dinner were perfect, thanks to the chef and his team. The hotel is trying to be eco-friendly also. Respect for this. I stayed with my son, 7 years old. We enjoyed every minute and would like to come again. Thank you for everything one more time.

My favorite hotel in Sharjah. The staff is super friendly, the seaview is amazing and the breakfast buffet is outstanding. I have extended my stay for 2 more days and the available room was of a higher standing than the one I initially booked. They upgraded me for free which was very much appreciated.

There is no coffee machine And the kettle it's damage from out side (rust) The towels and pillows is old or going to damage need to change There is solid soap, no liqude soap on laundry , only ther is liqude soap beside the Bathtub .

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed, but what truly made my stay exceptional were the front desk receptionists Ruqiya and Raya. They were without a doubt the kindest, most professional, and genuinely helpful staff members I’ve ever encountered at any hotel. Whether it was assisting with check-in, providing local recommendations, or just greeting guests with a warm smile every time, their hospitality was unmatched. They truly made me feel at home. The hotel itself is beautifully located by the waterfront, offering stunning views and easy access to Al Majaz’s attractions. The rooms were spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was also great — a good variety and fresh options daily.
