Overall lighting can be improved so that it feels a little more alive. It is recommended to keep the property no smoking, currently smoking was allowed in the kitchen common area and should not be encouraged as the smoke often lingers in the apartment.

It was a perfect place for a solo traveller with neat and clean room and bathroom with other amenities like a washing machine, a normal operating clean kitchen.

I stayed at this hotel for two weeks and had a generally pleasant experience. The location is excellent, as it's within walking distance to City Center Sharjah and Al Majaz Waterfront, making it very convenient. The rooms were neat and clean, though they are quite small since they are actually partitions. It's important to maintain silence during your neighbor's sleeping hours due to the shared setup. For a short stay on a budget, this residence is a great choice, offering affordable rates. However, there doesn’t seem to be a scheduled bed sheet changing service, so you may need to request it if needed. On the positive side, there are kitchen and laundry facilities available for use, which is a nice touch for longer stays. The staff were friendly and responsive whenever I needed assistance, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, it’s a good budget option for a short stay.

No privacy at all, walls batween rooms are a thin wooden wall, if you whisper, other guys in next rooms will hear you and may complain that you are talking on phone or playing any thing on monilphone, guests use the kitchen to smoke, smoking reaches all the rooms easily. No towels in the rooms No ventilation I asked for extra cushion, they don't have They don't offer cleaning room The person in charge asked me for 200 dirham for insurance, if any thing happened in the room, he checked the room before check out and return back the money after being sure that everything intact For me it's a bad experience will not do it again

I liked everything.

I booked this room for my father for a 4-day stay. The host was extremely cooperative and made communication effortless. I reached out before arrival, and he was very responsive, addressing all my queries. Both check-in and check-out were very smooth. The place was spotless, the room, washroom, and common areas were all clean and peaceful. The location is excellent too, with restaurants, shopping centers, and a direct Dubai bus stop nearby. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends and family visiting the UAE for a short or long-term stay. I would like to thank host again for such a welcoming stay. Also rooms are exactly like in the pictures, posting some screenshots taken from video. Forgot to take pictures.

Points. 1.1st of all the owner running his business is illegal,since it is located in apartment which is only for family's & this was confirmed by security guard to me. 2.I stayed 4 nights not an single time they cleaned the room or bathroom. 3.Very small room approximately 4 ft width & 8 ft length. 4.Owner is non cooperative,he will not give the details,since it is running illegal. 5. In further I will not recommend this to anyone & also i will not use Booking.com app.

There are fire safety issues with the property, few smoke alarms, there are around 12 units or rooms.You can't exit the appartement without using keys to open the main door. Keys get stuck in the lock many times.

The staff is not approachable. It's very hard to live there for non-smokers. Air conditioning was off , which caused air congestion in the rooms and can not be compensated by the fan.

It's not something that I don't like ,its more of a request and a suggestion. Allow early check in because some of us arrive in Dubai very early in the morning. Atleast we should have somewhere to drop our bags and wait. Which Thankfully was provided with, 2 hours before the check in time

Mattress, its was packed with plastic cover as in shelve for sale, chirping sound anoyed a lot while try to sleeping, could not sleep well during my stay. due to mattress plastic cover, bedsheet slips out of the bed quite often.

A very quiet, calm and bigger partition room with room fridge at this property. Highly recommended and affordable. Everything is properly managed and cleanliness is done everyday. Mr. Mahmoud and Mr. Hashem are very professional and they brief everything when you check-in.
