We love the temperature controlled pool and there’s part of the pool that is shaded. We love our room, it was very spacious. The bathroom was really clean and nice. We definitely got our money’s worth!

All was good, nothing to complain about. Breakfast was busy on the weekend but the staff handled the situation well - just go early.

Very friendly and professional staff. Excellent support during the stay as I had to change rooms. Free valet parking which is very convenient. I totally enjoyed the stay and will definitely come back.

Everything was top quality. Meals, including those which were paid extra (I visited Li Beirut) were awesome. Super tasty. Very rich selection at breakfast. Good coffee, which is something that is not always the case even at the good hotels. I highly recommend this hotel. My wife felt a bit sick (got cold during travels). Hotel personnel took care for here super well. She was given a hot meal for the breakfast (I just asked for a small thing). Fresh bottled water and hot tea was supplied couple of time to her room. Next day desk personnel asked me how she's today. This was an exceptional service. Although were were there 2 weeks after my wife's dirthday, they send upstairs small cake with greetings. What can I say :)

One thing that needs to be pointed out is that during dinner your prepaid you do not even get a glass of water included. This should be a standard in a restaurant of such level. Instead, you need to purchase water or any soft drink for a price ~15x higher than in the supermarket one floor below. This was a major turn-off for us.

The food was excellent – far beyond the standard we know from 5* all-inclusive hotels in destinations like Egypt or Turkey. The whole hotel is an architectural gem with beautiful details inside and out. Our room was spacious, spotless, and perfectly maintained. Housekeeping was outstanding. We had the pleasure of being taken care of by Glory, who was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely come back!

Fantastic! wonderful,pool bar in Conrad abu dhabi Etihad tower . We particularly enjoyed the atmosphere, which was more informal than expected. Bartender Chenuka came to the table to take our order himself. He has a really lovely character and made us felt at ease and respected and knowledgeable about drinks.this is reflected in his staff as well,who are incredibly professional and clearly take pride in their work while remaining very personable. A fantastic experience, and highly recommended! Especially thank you chenuka for the wonderful service!

Very nice and elegant hotel with lovely staff. Buffet breakfast was amazing and a must have during the stay, we really enjoyed the pool and the private beach added something different we have never experienced. Room was decent enough for two people.

A small hiccup with check in taking 80 min and had to “ chase “the receptionist for the room , and when the 3rd night the electric master light failed we ‘ve been promised fix but no one came .. thankfully it was last night and didn’t bother us as it has happened after 8pm

The Hotel’s private beach is really good and the adults only pool is quite big . Room was huge and buffet was beyond great . Staff was polite and professional

Exceptional service from the receptionist Dana,she's very welcoming and Manosha the front desk receptionist who gave us a very good view from our hotel. The view from our hotel room was amazing!We enjoyed our stay plus the buffet breakfast was superb! Highly recommended and value for money!Indeed a 5star experience!
