Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Location is in the heart of Bur Dubai. Close to Burjuman mall and walking distance from the Metro rail line.

IndiaThe reception staff were incompetent and did not provide and have the knowledge to inform the guests nor did they confirm the preference of room, even though it was clearly mentioned in my booking. The reception staff did not give much information about the hotel as a first timer that I needed to know nor did they give me my preferred room as per booking. They first said that my breakfast was not included even though after showing the confirmation email, later they were asking for extra amount to include the breakfast in my booking inspite of breakfast being included.
The housekeeping team were exceptional they kept on checking and fulfilled the needs as and when required.

The fact that the housekeeping was done daily and cleanliness was maintained for each day.nicely tucked away in and around good eateries and shopping places nearby for practical purposes even budget shopping. Ms Mary at reception was very patient and kind in demeanor.

Sri LankaOne of the night staff members displayed unprofessional behaviour when speaking with a guest. Instead of listening calmly to the guest's concerns, he raised his voice, which created a very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. We Request the luggage trolley which was told us that you can find the trolley and take the luggage by urself.somehow we managed to find the trolly on the floor and bring our luggage. In addition, some basic room amenities were missing. When we asked for slippers, we were told by the receptionist that they were chargeable, which was surprising, as many hotels provide these as standard. We also requested drinking water but were informed it had already been delivered to our room. Unfortunately, we were out at the time and didn’t receive it. The response lacked courtesy and a willingness to help. Overall, we feel that the night staff would benefit from additional training in hospitality, guest handling, and communication skills to better serve guests in the future. We hope you will take this feedback constructively and ensure an improved experience for future guests.
