Our shower area in bathroom are a bit old and need maintenance and AC is a not cooling at nigth.

Room & Corridor needs renovation. Bad Smell on the floor and AC does not cool.

The corridor had a peculiar damp smell, and the carpets appeared quite old — this gave a slightly worn-out feel to the property. • We had trouble with the AC in the kids’ room, which wasn’t cooling properly. Thankfully, Agnelo helped us arrange interconnected rooms, and by keeping the doors open, we were able to cool the room down using the working AC in the adjoining room. • While the rooms were clean and well-stocked, a bit of renovation or modern refresh would certainly enhance the comfort and overall experience.

The staff were exceptional – friendly, polite, and genuinely hospitable. Special thanks to Suman, who took great care of us at the beach bar and restaurant, and Agnelo at the front desk, who gave us a warm welcome. • The room amenities were excellent: Fresh clean sheets and towels, complimentary toiletries including toothbrush, shaving kit, vanity kit, comb, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion. Also had a kettle with tea and coffee, hairdryer, slippers, weight scale, locker, and mini fridge. • Lots of activities and entertainment: • Table tennis, pool at the sports bar (adults only), mini golf, and a small football pitch. • Two swimming pools – one with music and a bar (great vibe!), and a second kids’ pool with slides. • Water polo goalposts in the pool. • Beach bar and daily evening entertainment including belly dancing and live DJ music. • The food was fantastic: Breakfast included a live egg station, and both lunch and dinner were delicious with great variety.

The bathroom has too much of water on the floor from the shower room and there is no water drainage, And also we found cockroach in the dining area.

They need to have more different food . not everyday it’s same no any changes

The first stair as you leave the pool to head to the beach has no side rail. I recommend they consider placing it for elderly people to find something to hold on to so slipping/falling can be avoided.

My main visit to the hotel was to check out the beach and it was lovely. Staff are nice and helpful. I saw mixed reviews about the breakfast but I honestly enjoyed it, quite good and nothing wrong with it.

They need renovations - possibly the rooms and bathroom. Pools, lounge and other areas are great. The hotel has great potential.

The location was great! The beach was fantastic! The hotel was well kept in terms of the outdoor area however they can afford to renovate the hotel as its got very old interiors and the bathrooms are equally old as well. If you’re going for a day it would be great as a one day trip. Hospitality was fantastic and the people are warm and friendly.

We were quite happy with our stay , great value for money !! Kids can never get bored as there is so much to do . They upgraded us to a premium room and added an extra bed as well which was really appreciated.

A kind of stench on the floor outside the lift and in the room. After a while it settled though it persisted in the corridor

Facilities super clean, staff very responsive and all very hospitable. Our 5th visit to this place. The barbecue chef in particular "Noel" is a standout. His recommendations were welcomed. Noy to mention his secret sauce for the l crabs and prawn. Do ask for it.

The beach is not accessible with wheelchair . so for elderly or ony one on wheelchair it's not suitable
