Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Hong KongBanyan tree has excellent standard around the world, this Dubai establishment is no exception! The enitre property is stylish, elegant and has an element of Zen and Japan! Quiet luxury to sum it up! Service standard is unparalleled. On the day we checked out, we stayed at the poolside till late afternoon. We were kindly offered to use one of the room for showers and freshen up! This is my first experience ever! Only at Banyan tree! Shout out to all of the staff at Banyan tree Dubai! We booked with half board. The 3 course menu at Azizi was not only excellent, the portion size was the same as per the A La Carte menu!! Breakfast was also excellent at Azizi with unlimited a la carte orders off the menu! Impeccable quality in every sense. I would definitely come back next time im in Dubai! Im also tempted to experience the sister hotel Delano right opposite!

There isn't anything to dislike about this hotel - i have been coming to Dubai for many years and don't know how i missed this hotel!!! The hotel is modern, exceptionally clean and smelled divine. The staff are just so courteous and polite and somehow seem to blend effortlessly into the back ground whilst still ensuring that what ever you need you have. All the small details like the scented oil burner in my room, the lens cleaner left by the bed for my glasses, the cool box containing chilled water brought to your sunbed, chilled fruit sticks and chilled lemon water by the pool don't go un noticed. As a solo traveler i didn't eat at any of the restaurants but the breakfast facility was exceptional. Whilst there is a small buffet selection that is constantly replaced with super fresh ingredients the hot food is all al a carte and nothing is too much trouble. There is none of the usual hustle and bustle of a buffet breakfast and not a tray of congealed scrambled eggs in site!!! The whole hotel is run with professionalism and efficiency and it is the most peaceful and tranquil hotel i have ever stayed in.

United Arab EmiratesWe were unlucky during our weekend stay as a kid pooped in the pool, staff was extremely fast to evacuate everyone. While they initiated cleaning they made everyone move to the other pool then someone "again" pooped so no pool on a Sunday afternoon until they ended cleaning the 1st one. No critics towards the staff because they were patient & prompt but perhaps the hotel should not allow kids in the 2nd pool. Some parents are not attentive enough with their kids & isn't to others to pay the price for it
The entire hotel is amazing! The room was stunning with all its details. Staff extremely professional from check-in to check-out & breakfast was served in high standards! We loved it!
