We were given an upgrade of a balcony with desert view but we couldn’t use it at all due to the presence of pigeons and their mess.

I have one of the villas and you clearly don’t have enough either golf carts or staff to drive the carts as the wait each time from the villas is far too long compared to other 5 star resorts. Please invest in more carts 🙏🏽

Had dinner in the main restaurant. The food was good but could have been nicer. Breakfast was much better.

The check-in was smooth and had a very nice room close to the pool. The place is tranquil and peaceful. Had an amazing experience at the SPA, and the therapist Carol was delightful. The SPA facilities are great, sauna it's a must.

The restaurant selection was average as two of them were closed. The Kids pool was being renovated which made it very noisy and spoilt the view.

I love the resort and the staff and have been going to Bab Al Shams since it first opened. I also love the setting and the ambience.

The music needs to be more relaxing in the spa during a massage, the only negative in our stay which highlights how amazing this hotel is.

I booked our stay at Bab Al Shams to celebrate my partner’s 30th birthday, and I can honestly say it was the perfect choice. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The alcohol options in the mini bar are very expensive.

We stayed in a villa, which was extremely beautiful. The interior is stunning and the outdoor area was tranquil, private and gorgeous. Check in was smooth and fast and you are given a contact to message on WhatsApp for anything you need, they respond very fast.

Bed is not comfortable ... too soft so you end up in a 'hole' , on top of that pillows also very uncomfortable, they had others to order from reception but even those were not great as the quality of the mattress was not good, we woke up with back pain both of us. Being a remote location only having 2 restaurants out of 4 is a bit surprising for a 5 star resort, also AC in the 2 operating restaurants was clearly not working properly.

The swimming pool and views are amazing, resort overall atmosphere is lovely. Excellent service form all the staff with no exception. The Spa is also amazing
