The pool area, while nice, was a bit small for the size of the hotel so it was very busy and difficult to get a sun bed, even though it was not peak season.

Lovely hotel, in a convenient location. The family room was a good size, very comfortable and good value for our family of four. The breakfast and dinner buffets were tasty and there was a good choice of food. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

However, what truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding service from the receptionist, Heythem. From the moment I arrived, he greeted me warmly and handled my check-in with professionalism and genuine care. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for my stay, offering helpful recommendations and checking in to ensure I was comfortable. His attention to detail and friendly manner made me feel truly welcome.

From start to finish, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel itself is stunning , elegant décor, spotless rooms, and a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The location is ideal, with beautiful views and easy access to the Corniche.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel Louie and Haythem at the reception they took good care of us. They were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a lot of choices and the staff are really welcoming and caring. We are thankful for all of them.

Everything was totally fine. I wish the beach opened a little bit earlier to catch the water before it got too hot.

Extremely clean and smells lovely everywhere. Didn’t feel crowded at any point, ok so it was Abu Dhabi in August you wouldn’t expect it to be busy, but still it was more peaceful than I expected. The room was very spacious and the view was great from the corner suite facing the palace.

I was in a interconnected room with other people and I could hear their every conversation. I would advise that you keep those rooms specifically for families that want to have those kind of rooms during their stay.

The breakfast was amazing as usual. My family and I have been coming here for 8 years send we always leave very happy 😊 Komi, was helpful and all the other staff members were really top notch. 👏🏻

The hotel was amazing. I was not aware that I had booked connecting rooms for myself and my two teenage children, so that was a very pleasant surprise. The view from the room was fantastic. We enjoyed the pool and the beach. We ate only at the hotel and the restaurants were very good. The staff were very nice and provided 5 star service. The breakfast was plentiful and we enjoyed it very much. It was the best breakfast that we had while in the UAE. I would book Bab Al Qasr when going to Abu Dhabi again.

Dirty window. The sea is very small and shallow, only good for children We paid for our lunch, but the lady who works at the restaurant came up to us and said that we hadn't paid for our lunch. We told her that we had paid, and she found out that everything was paid for, but she didn't even apologize.

The hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is quiet and supper comfortable. The location is amazing , close to marina Mall which it has Carrefour.
