The property feels like a dreamy sanctuary. The pools are cooled down so they’re not too hot and the staff are exceptional. Every staff member was extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had a wonderful stay. The bed was super comfy and the air conditioning was ice cold - just what you need on 45 degree days!

Like how this place does not have a souvenir shop?! It is a must, all the branded neat trinkets one could get, small independent artists, artisans crafts, some spf, bathing suits, funky hats, face protection for the windy times,, you name it, i could make a list of at least 50 items and provide detailed sketches for things because i wanted to buy something which reminded me of this beautiful place. And couldn't. That's a shame. Also look into adding a small foot shower next to the pool outside..we took a desert stroll and wanted to jump in the pool after, but had sand on the feet and did not want to get in like that so we had to go to the shower.. you get it, took time. The couch, not the comfiest, could use some more pillows. The light in the bedroom, must the ceilings light turn on each time the side ones do? We literally could not get them to turn on separately and enjoy some reading in bed, the ceiling lights were so strong were suitable for glamour makeup.

I liked how clean it was, how well organized everything is and how everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. This is one of those places where i do want to come back. Next time i hope the spa will be ready too. All in all we had a very nice time, pool clean, room clean, food very good and cocktails..uh, that raspberry daiquiri ❤️ was something else. Would like to point out Yumi at the restaurant and Sol (apologies if my name spelling is atrocious) they were very helpful. Amazing private pool! Comfy bed, spacious clean room. Amazing service and care of the entire hotel crew (our special thanks to Aziz). Lovely desert dunes sceneries, nice and quiet place but the same time with good proximity to Liwa city. Delicious food in the restaurant and bbq provided to the villa. Well equipped gym. Nice pool. Good activities from dune bashing to archery.

The main pool only opened at 9am. Too late. The TV gave problems.

The setting is stunning right in the middle of the desert and the accommodation feels like one is experiencing the real desert - the private pool is just the best and the cottage is very thoughtfully equipped with all that one may need. The restaurant’s chefs delivered absolutely delicious cuisine - we loved our meals - and they made me feel so special on my birthday!

Whilst the Desert BBQ was very tasty and reasonably priced, communication could be better. We asked for the BBQ to be ready for 8pm and at 8pm staff lit the bbq in our villa, all the sauces and sides were placed on the table (already cooked) as well as the raw meat. Staff then left and it was not clear that we had to cook ourselves so by the time we clarified this with reception, sides are no longer warm but charcoal still too hot for the BBQ. Tongues provided to cook were quite small and poor light outside if you want to cook safely at night… Small restaurant room and breakfast although good could improve in service (no coffee orders until 9am) when breakfast starts at 7. Coffee and tea facilities in the villa are very good though.

Absolutely loved the location and the resort facilities, the space is beautiful, modern and very clean. Staff is helpful and costumer experience oriented, they made us feel welcomed and cared for at all times. It’s a large property and it was quite full due to the bank holiday but villas are spread through the property, very private and incredibly quiet. We got an unexpected upgrade to a 3 bedroom villa and just had the best time over the weekend with friends. There is lots of inside and outside space, private pool, great views and a small kitchen area. The whole villa is beautiful decorated, modern and provides a very comfortable stay even in the summer. Gym and extra activities like hiking, bikes and camel and horse riding are also available from the main building. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

The main pool needs more maintenance (lots of floating debris - needs to be cleaned more frequently). The bushes/shrubs around the main pool area should be better maintained/trimmed so they don't obstruct the views. Food choices/menu can be made clearer. Activities can be better organised and funded. Prices for some of the activities are very expensive (quad bikes for example).

I just didn't like it when I saw a skinny horse, along with a camel.. I hope that they are really taking the best care of these animals.

It was an amazing experience from start to finish. The place is peaceful, beautifully located in the desert, and perfect for disconnecting and relaxing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, but I want to give a special thanks to Chef Omran and Yaniss – they truly made our stay exceptional. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made a big difference. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and memorable desert escape.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at the hotel. It is located in a fantastic spot right in the heart of the desert – staying in the villas surrounded by sand dunes was a truly unique and unforgettable experience. The hotel staff were exceptional, with everyone being incredibly friendly and welcoming. The cuisine was excellent, and the chefs were outstanding – especially CK from Sri Lanka! Also other hotel staff made our stay even more special, e.g. Hossem from Egypt, as well as Son and Shushan. We will definitely come back!
