The buffet at Saffron was fine, but we were probably expecting something more distinctive. Still, it’s a good restaurant with plenty of food choices.

The room was exceptional. The view of the aquarium from the cafeteria and from the hotel itself is unique and feels magical. We also really appreciated the backstage tour of the aquarium. Aquaventure was fantastic (despite the hot weather), and the breakfast was superb, both in terms of food and service. The style and kindness throughout the hotel were remarkable.

The only small downsides were that at check-in, it would have been helpful to receive more information about the hotel amenities, such as the location of the gym and the swimming pool hours. Additionally, our room only had a Juliet balcony instead of a full balcony, which was a little disappointing.

Our stay at Atlantis was truly wonderful! The overall experience was excellent, and the service throughout the hotel was outstanding. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing – there was such a wide variety to choose from, and everything was fresh and delicious. We also had dinner at Saffron, which was a real highlight – the food and atmosphere were both fantastic. The water park was an incredible bonus and added so much fun to our trip. Overall, though, the experience was fantastic, and we would definitely recommend Atlantis to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Dubai!

There was nothing that we didn’t like about the property. Depending on the time of the year (peak/low season etc) we understand that the price can be multiples of the rate we paid which can potentially deter the cash/value conscious prospective guests.

Review of Atlantis The Palm (Stay: 20th–25th August, Room 22419) We had the most unforgettable stay at Atlantis The Palm from the 20th to the 25th of August, and everything about our experience was exceptional. From the moment we checked in, the service was flawless. The staff were consistently amazing, warm, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Housekeeper also did a fantastic job in our room (22419), keeping everything spotless and refreshed daily - sometimes twice per day, which made our stay feel even more comfortable and cared for. I didn’t get the name unfortunately but please thank him/her for us. Breakfast was a highlight every morning, with a wide variety of delicious options and top-quality dishes. Across the resort, the food was outstanding. The Imperial Club Lounge was another favorite, offering comfort, great service, and a touch of luxury that made our stay extra special. Afternoon tea (which was also included as part or the Imperial Club upgrade) was another great benefit with a great selection of snacks, sandwiches, fruits, cakes, and scones. The happy hour (5-7pm) was another highlight with unlimited cocktails and other drinks which could be consumed in the comfort of the Imperial Club lounge or on the private beach. Aquaventure, the world’s biggest waterpark, was simply incredible – an absolute must-do when staying at the resort. The rides, slides, and atmosphere made it one of the most memorable parts of our trip. Overall, everything stood out: the food, the service, the comfort, the luxury touches, and the experiences. Atlantis The Palm is truly world-class, and we can’t wait to return.

The restaurants offered a wide variety of options, and every meal felt like part of the adventure. The only challenge was that they were often very packed, which meant queuing could be a problem at peak times. Still, the staff did their best to accommodate everyone with courtesy and efficiency, and once seated, the dining experience itself was excellent.

I stayed at Atlantis The Palm and it was such a fun and memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt vibrant and full of life. The hotel itself is iconic, and walking through its grand spaces already gave me a sense of excitement. My room was spacious, comfortable, and had an incredible view that reminded me I was somewhere truly special. There was always something to do, and I loved how the hotel combines luxury with entertainment. I spent time exploring the waterpark and marine experiences, and they were an absolute highlight of the stay: fun, engaging, and perfect for creating lasting memories. At the same time, there were plenty of places to relax and just enjoy the surroundings. The restaurants offered a wide variety of options, and every meal felt like part of the adventure. Whether it was fine dining or something more casual, the food and service never disappointed. Overall, my stay at Atlantis The Palm was simply enjoyable. It’s a place where you can have fun, relax, and feel taken care of at the same time. I truly enjoyed my time there and would be happy to return
