I loved how the retreat has become a lovely ecosystem surviving so many different species of animals who are extremely human friendly. They just coexist with you. You wake up to having them right outside your window which is is beautiful. The staffs have been very warm and helpful. Always asking questions to make sure you feel comfortable. My pawbaby had an amazing time and just so welcomed in the entire space.

The tap in the bathroom is a bit of a pain. While I understand that they are trying to minimize the water use, they could let that automatic tap run a little longer.

Great place overall. It's really nice to get out of Dubai and stay somewhere where you can interact with animals. The stuff was helpful, breakfast was tasty, I'm probably going to visit again.

The staff were absolutely amazing, and we truly had a wonderful night. As someone who works in hospitality, I usually don’t write reviews—but as a guest paying $1,000 per night, I expected certain standards to be met. Unfortunately, the pool hadn’t been cleaned or prepared before our check-in, and the bathtub wasn’t working, with the team mentioning it was under maintenance. It’s just the little details like these that need some attention!

I wish if the place had more activities to do especially as couples, also it would be nice to add a mirror in the rooms and a working fridge. also, we did not know that we can do barbecue there, it would be nice if we were informed. the badminton and tennis activities, you need to pay AED 30 per hour.

The sports area is not well lit. The swan boats are dirty. Otherwise, we would've taken a ride.

The environment was good to relax and recharge from the city life. The animals were the best, especially the horses. The staff were all accomodating, especially Shinkar, who gave us a tour around the farm.

It's closer to the airport so expect some loud noises of the airplane engines now and then including nights.

The staff were friendly. We booked a Chalet and it was spacious and comfortable. It comes with a pool which was decent. The resort had a variety of rescued birds & animals like Ostrich, Spotted deers, horses, ducks, Arabian oryx ,etc. Most of them roam free and seem happy. There was a play area w The resort is pet-friendly and the Pets will love the place. Complimentary breakfast was good and the kitchen staff were warm and hospitable.

You should start spa facilities

This place is not only pet friendly but also has several rescued animals like horses, ostriches, peacocks, ducks, oryx etc. The staffs take very good care of them, you are can interact with them during your time r stay

Refreshing experience to spend the weekend at Nirvana. The animals are looked after well and the property management is good. Staff is very courteous, especially Mr. Vishnu who manages the animals. Highly recommended.

The stay was good, but the food was disappointing. Breakfast lacked variety, and room service was poor the pizza had chicken with an unpleasant smell. Ordering only fries seemed the safest choice.

Food and beverage quality and lack of entertainment

It is a very nice concept if you want to get away from the urban areas. They some animals like horses and ostriches that you can see closely when you stay there but the facilities needs a revamp. If you are looking for some calm then this place is recommended however do not expect facilities and services equivalent to regular 4 star hotel. There is no service and the food is very limited.

A great place to rest and relax! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed walking around and watching the birds and animals!!! Also, though we have booked a small room, the staff have kindly upgraded us to a nice deluxe room which was so good!!!

Quality of the breakfast and food variety also after 10 PM my brother was hungry and it seems he has called to get some food but he has been informed the after 10 PM there is no food which is not acceptable for a hotel and restaurant must be available 24/7.

It was a different experience for me and it was my sister in law’s birthday and also their anniversary and they decorated the room good not that wow but ok. Also they allowed us to do late check out. Thanks to Arti in front desk and Mayank who was in contact with me for decoration of the room. This hotel is the place 100% recommended and for sure I am going to visit the 2nd time 👍🏼

The retreat is excellent for unwinding, animals are roaming around, staff is excellent and friendly. I loved the art class, please don’t stop the art classes. I enjoyed feeding the horse. Suggestion: do more comfy outlet doors seating area in-front of the rooms like sofas, hammock and swing. Also bring back the wound healing. Add a massage and spa center and perhaps build a bigger swimming pool.

there are no signs to Qibla in the room (or only the room we stayed in), only 1 praying mat was offered, although 2 adults were booked in. And restaurant played music despite it was Friday. Only English breakfast offered, no arabic food.
