Everything about this resort was truly amazing. The style, the fragrances, the staff, the ambiance. We appreciated the little details like little pieces of art all over the premises, the amazing view of the desert and the Char siu glazed beef served at dinner was delicious!

Staying at Qasr Al Sarab isn't just a quick getaway—it's an unforgettable experience that immerses you in the culture and history of Abu Dhabi and the essence of desert life. Beyond the fantastic facilities, delicious food, and exciting activities, the true standout of the resort is its amazing staff. A huge shoutout to the hospitable and friendly team who made our stay truly extraordinary, including Sweekrit from the luggage service, Faran from the Dune Bashing activity, Rahul from customer service, and so many more!

Service at key points of the stay. Luggage took more than 30 minutes to arrive in room, only arriving after a phone call and a trip to the front desk. Check out was very slow and mistake with billing meant a further delay.

Great breakfast. Friendly welcome and check in. Loved both of the pools Views were amazing. Bed was super comfy. Loved the reusable water bottles.

We were uncomfortable with the fact that the receptionist tried to inquire about personal details of our family — asking who is the mother, who are the children, who is related to whom. It’s inappropriate for someone outside the family to refer to a young woman as the “mother” of children she is not the parent of. Additionally, commenting on the countries we come from felt intrusive. We are a multicultural family, and while we understand that people may be curious, pointing out where each of us is from is, at best, unnecessary and, at worst, uncomfortable. These are private matters that shouldn’t be discussed in a professional hotel setting. We were also disappointed that, upon arriving at our room, we had to wait around 40 minutes for our luggage to be delivered from the reception. We called twice to follow up and ask for assistance, but the delay remained. Thank you for taking this feedback into consideration.

The place itself, the hotel, the design of the spaces—down to the smallest details like the pillows and the keepsake bracelets—these things are simply stunning!

The poolside (Ghadeer) restaurant's asian food is not up to scratch, compared to all the other fantastic food we ate. I feel a lot of the optional activities are priced very high, but I guess that comes with literally being stuck in the middle of nowhere and being a captive audience ha ha.

The resort itself is beautiful, a good balance of tasteful design and opulence whilst retaining warmth and comfort. There is a great variety of amenities, facilities and activities. All the staff are super attentive, welcoming and professional and unlike most of the UAE, you can chat with all the staff as equals - nobody is shy or nervous. The rooms are brilliant with well-stocked bathrooms.

we were completely captivated by the breathtaking beauty of the desert and the serene, luxurious atmosphere. What truly made our stay exceptional was the impeccable service. The staff was not only professional but went above and beyond to make our special occasion unforgettable. Every detail was taken care of with such thoughtfulness, ensuring that our celebration was seamless and truly special. A special mention to the cart team, who were always prompt and courteous, making it easy to get around the resort. Omnath in particular stood out with his kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we were comfortable. I

I just wanted to share that everything went absolutely smoothly—nothing went wrong at all. From start to finish, every detail fell into place seamlessly. The planning, execution, and overall experience were flawless, with no setbacks or unexpected issues. Seeing everything run so efficiently was truly refreshing, making the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome, and I appreciate everyone’s efforts in making it happen. Looking forward to more experiences like this in the future!

I just had the most extraordinary experience at Qasr Al Sarab, and I can't contain my enthusiasm! Nestled in the heart of the Liwa Desert, this place is nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I had stepped into another world—one where the golden dunes stretch endlessly, shifting colors with the sun, and the silence of the desert brings a sense of deep tranquility. The setting itself is breathtaking. Standing atop the dunes, watching the sun dip below the horizon, I was mesmerized. The desert’s vastness, combined with the sheer beauty of the resort, made every moment feel surreal. The architecture blends seamlessly with the surroundings, giving the impression of a timeless oasis rising from the sand. But what stood out the most was the night sky. With no city lights around, the stars felt closer than ever, creating a celestial spectacle I’ll never forget. The hospitality was exceptional. From the warm welcome to the incredible cuisine, every detail was thoughtfully curated to provide an authentic yet luxurious experience. Sitting around a fire under the desert sky, enjoying traditional Emirati flavors, I felt completely immersed in the spirit of the place. Qasr Al Sarab is more than just a resort—it’s an experience that awakens the senses and leaves an imprint on the soul. I can’t wait to return, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly unparalleled escape into the desert’s magic!

The fact we didn't have longer there. We will be back!

The location was just amazing. Being in the desert we loved it. The sunrise, sunset and pools all look amazing. The hotel does events like sunset walks, coffee tasting, cinema evenings which are all free and great. Thank you for the honeymoon cake. This was very kind.

Nothing. It was perfect! Should have asked for a room further away from the main building as we could smell and hear sounds from the kitchen on our terrace.

I liked that is was truly in the desert and remote which made the experience magical. What made it special was the staff. I lost my mobile phone during a dune buggy ride and when I thought all was lost, dune guide Tabish and security Bisal went into the desert the next morning and found it! It was a miracle! Thank you so much for your dedication and care shown to your guests.
