Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United Arab EmiratesThe car parking was in some other building, and i think there was some construction going on nearby, the car when received was too dirty with dots of cement.
The room size was quite impressive it was really good, it was a Lagoon View room with a deck and the bathroom was size of another extra room. The breakfast spread was great with so much variety to enjoy and we really loved it.

United Arab Emirates-The “lagoon pool access” room has smell that was disturbing for us. We didn’t reported so Im not sure what they could have done for us to improve it. -The check out timing is 11 it would be great if it was 12 at least. -The check-in timing is 4 pm. The process took around 30 minutes. It would be great if things were faster at the check in.
- The calm atmosphere and the views. - The facilities, the restaurants, the staff, the beach. - The check-in staff were so friendly she helped me upgrading the room to accommodate all my family in one lagoon. -The lagoon access pool is accessible 24/7 which was great options for ladies and children who would swim at night.

AustraliaFrom the moment we arrived at Anantara, the wonderful staff could not do enough for us. Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly and helpful. The resort itself was amazing. Brilliant for families, with 3 lagoons to choose from and plenty of activities if you wanted them. Our room was outstanding. The bed was very comfortable, heaps of room, huge bathroom and lovely balcony with a beautiful lagoon view. We ate at Bushman's the first night and thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality and the food was sensational. We dined at Mekong the second night and again the food exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely go back to Anantara.

We booked a Lagoon Access Room. This room was excellent. The most remarkable thing is the direct access from the balcony to the lagoon. Breakfasts were excellent with a variety of food selections. The resort also has a nice garden.
