The breakfast was average and the worse part was the staff was really not upto the mark - there were not proper crockery in the resturant. Food was okay, but was looking like - it was arranged by under grad 1st year student. even the serving spoons were not proper, food items were not labeled. there was no flow in dinning area. Rooms were really dated as well, looked as if they were not maintained/ Painted since long time , the walls were turning black

there were some variety in options, and i got vegetarian options as well.

checkin took forever, Kanwal was the best thing about it as she was trying her best to be helpful, but you cant be petsfriendly hotel and it takes forever to checkin because of the pets!!!! Also checkin 1PM was like they made us a huge favor. No no no!!!!

Is just GOOD, not the perfect stay but we needed this hotel as it is pets friendly. Compared to Waldrof level of hospitality. This is NOWAY byfar close to it!!!

The swimming pool of the village was not clean and the opening time is 9 am this is late for a swimming pool and it closes early.

I was pleased with the location and they gave us an upgrade for the room. the view of the room was great. The fact that they have access for al hamra residence swimming pool that was a thumbs up for me it was early opening and late closing there the pool was clean and good.

The floor was completely wet when I checked into the room- why leave it like that? I gently mentioned it to the staff and they were lost understanding what’s the issue. And the breakfast was pretty funny trying to track down cups,bowls and spoons none of which were being replenished. But it is what it is, budget reflects service

The air conditioning wasn’t up to the mark. It wasn’t cooling from my perspective. The engineering guy came and said it was due to space in balcony door leaking air, which I didn’t think so.

I liked the way the facility was designed. The access was good. The staff were very cordial and helpful. They also helped me and Family to have adjacent rooms.

The bed had stained sheets And we had so many plumping issues in the washroom which was smelling and the staff was just so busy unable to come and clean the mess But once the issues were fixed it was ok

The property is great the staff is great too. The best part was it being pet friendly. The location is great too cause it’s very close to the beach as well as mall so you have access to all amenities. It has 2 restaurants with great food the bar was good and live music was fantastic The best room was the junior suit !

Less buggies to take us too the residences. Though it’s a 8 minute walk, it’s too hot in the summer to walk that distance while on vacation. DJ at Frisky Fox needs to learn to read the crowd. He was good for a while then it really went south.

Access to beach and pools at the residences. Good live music. Bar is very well priced. Enjoyed our stay.
