Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. SwitzerlandThe air conditioning did not work well always, the drinking water was always short, breakfast quality and service is average and finally on the last day (16th Aug) the duty manager was very very poor in his behavior insisting that I check out at 12.30 although I informed the reception previous day and just a few minutes before that I will leave at 1 pm. This also despite their check in time is 4pm.. yes you heard it right.
Location, great building, good space, cleaning team especially Mohamad Jahirul was very professional and helpful.

IndiaLobby seating needs more space, water and tea bags refilling was scarce and needed a lot of calls, had to get the iron replaced thrice, TVs conked off and needed tech calls, MCBs tripped due which one iron replacement wasn't called for, corridor on apartment floor 14 was smelling and wasn't fixed despite several complaints, balcony is cleaned only upon request.
Location, free valet and parking, view of creek and landmark, access to mall, ATM in the lobby, restaurant and shopping options, upgraded TVs with many HD channels and YouTube, QR code for service requests, ample crockery, cutlery and kitchen facilities with stove, toaster, microwave, fridge, kettle, decent washer/dryer, and valet & concierge, housekeeping was pretty responsive immediately after check-in, check-out was a breeze.

The rooms, they have a 2 room flat which is very advisable for families travelling and a very spacious receiving and dining area. The spa, had the best massage of my life (Oh I’ve had a lot☺️)
