The air conditioning did not work well always, the drinking water was always short, breakfast quality and service is average and finally on the last day (16th Aug) the duty manager was very very poor in his behavior insisting that I check out at 12.30 although I informed the reception previous day and just a few minutes before that I will leave at 1 pm. This also despite their check in time is 4pm.. yes you heard it right.

Location, great building, good space, cleaning team especially Mohamad Jahirul was very professional and helpful.

May be in room breake fast till a little late timmings or a small breake fast menu deliverd to the apartment on an certain time every morning.

I took an apartment it was good,clean and tidy all my time there it was quite good the only issue is the break fast timming does suite me so I normally opt out.About the location it suits me perfectly.

Lobby seating needs more space, water and tea bags refilling was scarce and needed a lot of calls, had to get the iron replaced thrice, TVs conked off and needed tech calls, MCBs tripped due which one iron replacement wasn't called for, corridor on apartment floor 14 was smelling and wasn't fixed despite several complaints, balcony is cleaned only upon request.

Location, free valet and parking, view of creek and landmark, access to mall, ATM in the lobby, restaurant and shopping options, upgraded TVs with many HD channels and YouTube, QR code for service requests, ample crockery, cutlery and kitchen facilities with stove, toaster, microwave, fridge, kettle, decent washer/dryer, and valet & concierge, housekeeping was pretty responsive immediately after check-in, check-out was a breeze.

I felt like there were spots on the coffee table, so the cleanliness could have been a bit better. They didn't provide soap or sponge to wash dishes when I called reception.

I love the hotel apartments. It is spacious and cozy. One of my favorite places to stay in Dubai.

The room was nice, bed comfortable. All staffs very helpful. Hotel is in good location. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Close to the airport and other facilities near as well like the AL Ghurair mall.

The hotel apartment has good size rooms and beds and very comfortable. Location is great having shopping mall, supermarkets, metro, varieties of restaurants all in a very nearby locations.

It wasn’t clean my son was injured in a peace of broken glass once we entered I asked to meet the manager but he didn’t show up Instead the man in the reception, who completed my paper and was very nice and polite, did his best But I blame the manager who didn’t show up, I wasn’t waiting for an upgrade or anything like this just send an apology note or flowers just show that you care

the elevator access was not very convenient. Need to walk a long distance inside the hotel to access the elevator

excellent location with respect to the ease of transport and the availability of shopping and restauants. The rooms were large and clean. The kicthesn and sitting area is good and well maintained apartment. The braekfast was excellent

The location first as it is close to my relatives… the hotel staffs are so nice. They attend to your needs and assists you at all times. The rooms, they have a 2 room flat which is very advisable for families travelling and a very spacious receiving and dining area. The spa, had the best massage of my life (Oh I’ve had a lot☺️)

At the time of checking out, they took 20 minutes to take our luggage down to the entrance!! I'm a regular customer for this hotel, I didn't get any upgrade!!

Good hotel, some furniture needs to be changed. The hotel offers filter water for drinks in bottels , I didn't like the water taste! So I have to buy water from supermarket 😞
