some facilities are not maintained , like the fountain not working with stagnant water weeds , the restaurant is Delivery only there is no court means you cannot see the food before order , Mosquito is expected since the facility in middle of farms so you have to bring your own solution, kitchen exhausting fan little loose and not fixed properly the fridge is old , one of the hand wash sink is leaking , the horses area and kids play area seems not maintained , in general you feel it is very nice place when it was brand new ,simple renovation will make it perfect.

the size of the villa was very good compare to price , with own parking , very quiet area since it is outside the city , there is no noisy events or night parties , good fast respond staff .close to nice Mosque (Ateeq Aldarmaki Mosque ) https://maps.app.goo.gl/qj8hHHkTd93oj8wv9 there is Starbucks in the reception and free Arabic coffee

A Dying Hotel That Deserves Better
    • Leisure trip
    • Family with young children
    • One-Bedroom Villa with Twin Bed
    • Stayed 1 night

This hotel is in desperate need of renovation—it feels like a place that was once great but has been neglected over time. While its secluded desert location can be appealing, it becomes a drawback when most of the facilities and activities are non-functional. Even the most basic amenity, the swimming pool, was neither cleaned nor heated, making it unusable. The rooms and bathrooms are particularly outdated, with the bathrooms in dire need of renovation. Worn-out fixtures and aging interiors make the stay feel far from comfortable. Another major downside is the lack of food options. The only choice is a small café that serves average-quality food at overpriced rates. To make matters worse, the hotel is outside Talabat’s delivery zone, meaning guests are essentially stuck with the café unless they’re willing to drive out for food. Adding to the inconsistency, the hotel clearly states on its Booking.com page and confirmation email that they only accept cash—yet they do, in fact, accept card payments. The irony? When I requested an extra bed, they insisted on immediate payment and sent someone with a card machine to collect it on the spot. The "extra bed" turned out to be just a floor mattress, making the whole experience feel unwelcoming and unnecessarily transactional. Instead of prioritizing guest comfort, the hotel seems more focused on squeezing out extra charges wherever possible.

The location offers the perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility—peaceful yet not too far from key spots. The layout is well-designed, with villas surrounding the pool and play area, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The villas themselves are quite spacious, providing plenty of room to relax. A great convenience is the private parking, as each villa has its own designated spot right in front, within its fenced area.

Pool was closed both days we were there. Some of the facilities were closed, even during the winter season. Accommodation in general was somewhat dated. Bed was extremely firm.

Nice location, reasonable prices and friendly staff. Accommodation was clean and well presented. Amenities were basic but straightforward. No issues with pests or noisy neighbours. Attached stables were lovely, very friendly staff and beautiful horses that seem to be well looked after

Pool is deep and uneven floor. Facility maintenance was not good as many trees were cutdown and no more peacocks around the garden. Our last visit in 2021 was much more better even though it was during COVID time. Most of entertainment activities were not in function.

The rooms are specious and clean. Location is really good and calm even though the environment changed. This is a nice place to relax and enjoy with a group. We really want to visit again and hope thing will be improved by next time.

It is clear that the "resort" was not well maintained. It really needs work to bring it back up to the standard and glory it definitely once had. I understand that during the Covid period the place was closed and not maintained. And that it showed.

Very spacious villa with parking in front of the door. Really spacious, almost too. Nice pool and gym. 2 Bathrooms, a small one and a very large one. Huge couch.

According to my booking confirmation, the total price was 369 AED, inclusive of taxes. However, your reception guy charged me an additional 60.88 AED, claiming it was a tax, without clear disclosure that it was an optional fee. I paid a total of 455.72 AED, which is more than the agreed-upon price on booking ? I believe your hotel's actions were misleading and unfair. This incident could damage your reputation, and I informed your reception guy that I would escalate the issue to booking’s customer service. When the guy realized that he would be in trouble, he provided me with another document showing the correct price and matching booking price then asked me to sign it upon checkout. I refused that. My question to you, is this a professional way to manage the situation with your costumer ?

Firstly, the pool was closed despite being listed as available on Booking. Secondly, the breakfast menu was limited and did not meet our expectations. Although, breakfast was included in my reservation, I was not impressed with the options and chose not to have it. I hope you will take our feedback seriously and make necessary improvements.
