Beach / Pool area brilliant, breakfast was great, the room was stunning with large balcony. Staff are exceptional here, better than Dubai hotels. So attentive. Value for money was amazing, just 1-hour drive from Dubai and 1/3 of the cost with all the trimmings.

Besides the in-house service offered, the breakfast was a perfect 10/10. I have travelled a lot, but the spread and attention to making sure every guest was well catered too was remarkable. Keep up the good work.

The price of the 3 nights is too expensive + the breakfast meal is not included to that high price of booking and reservation ****I believe that witoh such a high price at least one of the three meals should be included!!

I come here every year thrice and this time twice this month ..I am a regular client here but couldn't keep the history as spoken to AKL who is very good with his service and how he helped for last minute cake with parents anniversary...I always bring a lot of friends and family here ....

we had a reservation for 3 single beds rooms, but were given a room with double bed. the staff solved this issue in couple of hours.

The beach and the aquatorium area are quite modest. The site would be even more attractive if more bushes or trees are there.

The site is very well planned. Food is excellent. Management of the hotel is perfectly set – all services, staffs are working as one mechanism, starting from the reception and concierge to the beach attendants. All our inquires were responded super fast and friendly. Thanks to Vista restaurant – to the chef and to the staffs (Hala, Seema, Tsega, Lindo, Noel, Ibrahim, Nedad) and Vista bar (Lhezard is a master of cocktails) for their amazing professionalism, care, attention to details, responsiveness. Beach attendant Haris is super attentive and caring, he contributed to making our stay restful. We stayed at room 215, and we every enjoyed care and attention of the cleaning room service.

Beach is small and people come at 6 to leave the towels and keep the Sun beds. The variety of food could be better.

There was an event on the next hotel and we could hear all the music, it was too loud, the good thing was that it finished not to late.

The stunning sea view from the balcony, the size of balcony is also huge really comfy bed, the choice of restaurants and food was delicious, the spa has a sauna and steam you can use pure relaxation bliss, the level of service is great

Rating: 10/10 Pros: We had an amazing 3-night stay at Ajman Saray! The room was beautiful, spacious, and stocked with luxury Byredo toiletries which was such a treat. The pool area was excellent with a family pool, adult pool, jacuzzi, hammocks, and a great pool bar. Big thanks to the lifeguards, especially Daniel, and the friendly pool staff. The beach was soft, sandy, and clean, with plenty of space to relax. But the highlight was definitely the food — delicious every day! Huge thanks to Nenad for his amazing service, Chef Shamal for tailoring meals to our family’s needs (especially for the kids), and Tsega, who made our parents’ anniversary extra special. Also loved Mejana Restaurant — top-notch food and service! Cons: Nothing at all — everything was perfect!
