KyrgyzstanThe beach and the aquatorium area are quite modest. The site would be even more attractive if more bushes or trees are there.
The site is very well planned. Food is excellent. Management of the hotel is perfectly set – all services, staffs are working as one mechanism, starting from the reception and concierge to the beach attendants. All our inquires were responded super fast and friendly. Thanks to Vista restaurant – to the chef and to the staffs (Hala, Seema, Tsega, Lindo, Noel, Ibrahim, Nedad) and Vista bar (Lhezard is a master of cocktails) for their amazing professionalism, care, attention to details, responsiveness. Beach attendant Haris is super attentive and caring, he contributed to making our stay restful. We stayed at room 215, and we every enjoyed care and attention of the cleaning room service.

United Arab EmiratesRating: 10/10 Pros: We had an amazing 3-night stay at Ajman Saray! The room was beautiful, spacious, and stocked with luxury Byredo toiletries which was such a treat. The pool area was excellent with a family pool, adult pool, jacuzzi, hammocks, and a great pool bar. Big thanks to the lifeguards, especially Daniel, and the friendly pool staff. The beach was soft, sandy, and clean, with plenty of space to relax. But the highlight was definitely the food — delicious every day! Huge thanks to Nenad for his amazing service, Chef Shamal for tailoring meals to our family’s needs (especially for the kids), and Tsega, who made our parents’ anniversary extra special. Also loved Mejana Restaurant — top-notch food and service! Cons: Nothing at all — everything was perfect!
