The whole place and stuff is amazing. Having the chance to dive into the 54th floor pool and have a a breathtaking view of Dubai skyscrapers is priceless. Would definitely come back here if I am visiting Dubai again

The view from the rooftop pool is absolutely stunning. The bed was the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in. The room was immaculate. Walking distance to the mall via a covered walkway which was great in the august heat.

From the lobby, to the room,to the pool......the staff is unbelievable. Custumer Service is the best I ever seen me who works in this field. It was a dream for me to stay at this hotel ,I worked very very hard, and it's worth every penny I spent . This hotel should be a 7 star hotel . I cried from happiness 😊 I will be back for sure .

Amazing location , direct entrance to Dubai mall , pool and the facilities are great you don’t need to drive anywhere as all is nearby plus the metro , also they send me a cake to my room for my birthday with nice wishes. Special thanks to Dexter who sort a problem for me upon breakfast such a generous and helpful gentleman.

We spent some amazing time at the Address Skyview. The staff is wonderful, from reception, to room service, to valet, restaurants… everyone is absolutely amazing! We got offer a room upgrade for our anniversary and a complementary cake in the room. Fantastic! In the morning we had to leave early to the airport and the lovely guy at the reception (unfortunately I didn’t catch the name) was so kind that arranged for some breakfast to be ready for us to take away. He asked us the night before what we wanted for breakfast and he made it happen! Best service ever received!
