I honestly could not say a single bad word about this hotel. There are two hotels that I view as having exceptional standards, one being the Atlantis Royal and the Address Beach Hotel.

This hotel's customer service was exceptional, the staff members are so friendly and well-mannered, they genuinely want to help the customers and take pride in their work. They have multiple pools in the hotel for adults and for the family, making it a perfect hotel.

Everything was excellent. The only minor issue was the sound of water flow that can be heard clearly inside the bedroom. A better insulation would make the stay perfect.

The room size was disappointing we had booked and paid for a 16-year-old child, but no separate room was provided, which was unacceptable. Also, there was no evening entertainment or activities, which made the atmosphere quite dull at night.

The service was outstanding, especially thanks to the chef from Egypt who treated us like royalty. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome.

Excellent reception and caring service. A beautiful hotel where every detail is well thought out. Superb service by the pool, including water bottles with ice cubes, sunglasses cleaning, evening ice cream service, etc. Calm music by the pool and generally quiet – very enjoyable. Breakfasts were very good, and dinners were absolutely amazing – we got to try various à la carte restaurants, a true gourmet experience. The Infinity pool on the 77th floor was also awesome – so nice that it could be visited with children in the morning. Thank you to all the staff, especially Mr. Kirk, who welcomed us at reception and, together with his manager, offered us a room upgrade. We’ve stayed in more than ten high-end hotels in Dubai, and Address is the BEST of them all. We rate this hotel 10+, and since it left an unforgettable impression, we will definitely return next time with family and friends.

I would like to say a heartfelt thank you to Alpha (Duty Manager) who I had the great pleasure to meet. She was so friendly, and kind and she offered assistance throughout our stay, and everything was perfect since we stepped into the amazing hotel. Lobby: absolutely splendid, greeted with the most alluring and unique scents, airy and tranquil ambiance, the settings are spectacular, unique features (I loved the gorgeous chandelier), bespoke arrangements of luxurious bouquets which convey beauty, elegance and romance; The Lounge Café in the Lobby: the cakes are incredibly delicious!; Personnel: warm and attentive, exceptional customer service. The breakfast at Address Beach Resort, Dubai Marina, was truly exceptional. The variety was impressive, offering a well-balanced spread that caters to all tastes. I especially appreciated the dedicated organic section – a thoughtful touch for health-conscious guests. The fresh juice counter was another highlight, offering refreshing, made-to-order options that added a vibrant start to the day. As a delightful bonus, the Sunday special Indian breakfast was both delicious and beautifully presented – full of authentic flavors and served with a modern twist. It was a real treat! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. Their attentiveness and warm hospitality added to the overall charm of the resort. The beach seats are far away from the sea. Food prices way overpriced.
