Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United Arab EmiratesEverything during my stay was excellent except for one point regarding the late check-out. I requested an additional hour, but the hotel only granted me half an hour. At 12:30 I received two calls to the room and another call to my mobile, and by 12:40 I was already at the reception. I believe that when granting guests an extra 30 minutes, it would be considerate to allow a short grace period—perhaps an additional 10 minutes—in case of minor delays. Thank you.

UkraineNot enough sun beds at the adult pool, was impossible to get any for 2 days. People were just leaving their staff on the beds and going for breakfast, which was not allowed as stated by the rules but they’re doing it anyway. Also the seafood restaurant they have there is not working on Mondays which is very weird how it can be allowed, considering there are a lot of people in the hotel and it’s the only restaurant apart from the buffet. So we had to get out of the hotel to have a romantic dinner celebration, that was a little upsetting
It’s super clean and good looking. Every little detail looks amazing. The view is magnificent. The staff super nice and helpful, they made a beautiful set up for my husband’s birthday in the room. The dinner buffet is delicious 🤤

I was celebrating my friend’s birthday, and we made a bit of a mess in the room, but when I asked them to clean it, they responded right away. I also asked if a friend could come help me decorate the room for the occasion, and they were totally supportive. To my surprise, they even brought a birthday cake and decorated the room with balloons without me asking! It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the experience extra special.
