Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. The apartment itself is great, clean and exceptional front staff. The agency is really quick in responding to any queries and can't help you enough! We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend.

Fantastic Stay – Clean, Well-Equipped, and Great Location! We had a wonderful experience staying at this four-bedroom apartment. Everything was spotlessly clean on arrival, which immediately made us feel at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils, cookware, and appliances we needed – perfect for preparing meals during our stay. The apartment was thoughtfully prepared with plenty of fresh towels for everyone, which was a big plus. The location was also ideal – close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, making it super easy to get around and explore the area. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, answering our questions promptly and making sure we had everything we needed. The access instructions were clear and well-written, making check-in a breeze. There are Two underground parking spots. Overall, this apartment exceeded our expectations and made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The flat is supper clean and fit for purpose. Location is fantastic for those who plan to visit Yas Island activities. The building is safe and clean. Shopping market (carrefour) available.

The location of the Aprtment was exceptional . All theme parks were very close . The Apartment itself was spacious and very clean with all up to date facilities . The family enjoyed it . The allocated parking spot was very conveniant as well. The host was replying to our request at everytime . Thanks for a pleasant stay. We will visit again .

The apartment is very excellent and the place is close to everything Ferrari World, Sea World, Warner Bros. There is a Carrefour downstairs and Brioche Cafe. We enjoyed it. I recommend it.

Unfortunately, I was informed that I would need to collect it myself, which was quite challenging as I had already returned to my home country. The following day, I had to make another trip to collect the bag, which added unnecessary inconvenience to my schedule. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in ensuring that the process for retrieving lost items is handled more efficiently in the future.

Pakistaneven with the AC off, there was a cold draft in the apartment. i am assuming it was because of the central air conditioning in the building. the description is a little misleading, "steps from yas mall". it is a 5 to 7 min drive by taxi or a half an hour walk, which obviously we did not try in this heat. Careem was readily available within 2 3 minutes every time we booked. We just had an issue trying to get an Uber Van XL on the day of departure as we had 5 large bags with a family of 4. This was because of the remote location and not being in the main city. None were available. After waiting for half an hour and 2 attempts, we had to book 2 careem XL which were a Mitsubishi highlander. We had to split our bags and family in 2 cars, which in the end was ok but costed us a little more than 1 single van if we had manged to book.
This was a wonderful spacious 2 bedroom apartment. We appreciated the extra space after our family of 4 stayed in a single bedroom at the WB hotel for 2 nights. Check in at the reception was smooth, just had to show them the booking confirmation. They asked to show the booking.com msg from the property manager. The keys were in the lockbox and the combination was provided. The master bedroom had 2 big double beds with a large bathroom with a shower area. The second bedroom had a double bed with a bathroom with a tub. There was an extra sofa bed laid out in the living room also which the kids really enjoyed. The big sized tv had a guest Netflix already set up. Kitchen had some water bottles for welcome and tea and coffee and a hot water kettle.
