We loved the hotel! The location was great, very comfortable big rooms, the staff super friendly (thank you guys for being so hospitable), the food was good and lots of options to choose from and the breakfast was great. Our kids loved it and generally it was fantastic, we will be back!

The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the breakfast – it felt too repetitive, with a rather limited selection. It didn’t quite match the high standard of the hotel. However, dinner was a completely different story – diverse and delicious! We also felt a little disappointed that for Valentine’s Day, the hotel wasn’t decorated, and there was no festive atmosphere at all. I understand that it’s hard to compete with a hotel of this level, but I believe that you always strive for excellence and will want to become even better! I’m sure we’ll see each other again!

I had an excellent experience staying at this hotel! The location is perfect – right next to the ski lift! The view of the mountains is breathtaking, and the hotel offers free parking. The interior is modern, stylish, and beautifully designed. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly and on time every single day.

It was a bit cold at night in the room. In addition they were friendly and connected my car to recharge to normal outlet, but I would recommend they install at least 2-3 car chargers.

It’s really good location to go to the slopes, ski lift it’s right beside it. And there is a shop you can rent all the equipments for ski. I just got surprised when we had to pay for the sauna, it’s the hotel rules, but it was the first hotel in life that I had to pay to use the facilities.

The Hotel has a good location to explore the city Andorra la Vella and to hike trails close to the Hotel. We enjoyed the view from our balcony.

Was requested to pay extra 220 euro for my room as an Extra charge for my 13 years old even though it was only 50 Pounds extra on the Booking website. Was told by th member of staff because i contact the property directly i have to pay 220 euro. Disagreed and following a discussion with the manager the fee came down to 70 euros. Still had to spend half an hour for the negotiation and not very helpful following 2 hours flight from London to Barcelona and 3 hours drive from Barcelona to Arinsal

Overall, my experience was positive, loved everything , but there are a few areas that could be improved: 1. Wall Insulation: I noticed that the wall insulation could be better. I could hear noises from neighboring rooms and everything happening in the corridor. Improving the insulation would enhance the overall comfort and privacy of the rooms. 2.Shower Gel and Shampoo Dispenser: The dispenser for shower gels and shampoos in the bathroom was not working during my stay. Fortunately, I had my own supplies, but it would be convenient if this amenity was functional for all guests. 3.Towel Change Policy: I was surprised that our towels were not changed during our stay. In my past experiences, this has always been standard practice. It would be great if the hotel could ensure consistent towel change service for guests. 4.Toothpaste Availability: However might not be applicable to everyone but on two consecutive days, we requested toothpaste from the hotel as ours had run out. However, we were informed that they had run out of toothpaste as well. 5. Room Temperature: Despite having the heating on full blast, the rooms still felt a bit cold. It's unclear whether this was an issue with the specific room or a more general problem. Ensuring that all rooms are adequately heated would greatly enhance the comfort of guests, especially during colder seasons.

Amazing location, free parking just outside hotel and right next to the lift. Great size of the room and bathroom! All necessary amenities are in the room, also stocked mini fridge (which you can use at extra costs) Clean room, decent view. Bar at the hotel, playroom for kids, entertainment room for adults, spa, gym, everything you did. Your perfect retreat awaits! Love it all.
