We were welcomed by Nuno, who explained everything about the hotel and made us feel at home. We liked that our room was well divided so we could have privacy between the two rooms. Breakfast is simple but well prepared.

UkraineThe hotel is conveniently located next to the walking path along the river. I felt very comfortable staying there with friendly and helpful staff, delicious fresh food served in their restaurant and quiet cool nights in a room overlooking the river. I came for 2 days, but ended up staying longer. Will definitely be back again. Thank you for hospitality!

SpainBathroom needed to be replaced, doors under the sink were falling apart, all the surface of the doors were flaking off and it just looked absolutely terrible. The bath itself needed attention where the bath joined the tiles and all around the edges of the bath required grouting again. When we enquired about breakfast, we were told just cake, later on the next day we were told they thought we had come in off the street and not guests. By the second day we had already made other arrangements for Breakfast in another hotel in another town. Considering this is rated as a 3*** hotel I was less than impressed. The hotel was clean, close to Ski station Ordino, towels change each day. But not 3*** with that bathroom,

Handles of the window almost fell off Restroom with no ventilation or window Rotten cupboards in shower/restroom Beds squeak indescribably and are very soft there are no transparent curtains either the opaque curtain or nothing but a window to the street side Maybe an ok deal with off season prices...
We were looking for accommodation at short notice and were happy about the uncomplicated booking. all in all 'ok' but unfortunately not as expected. Very nice and helpful personnel the food is quite good compared to the ambiance of the hotel
