The hotel inside is kind of old, nothing bad however. We expected a bit more of the breakfast. There was no fresh baguette or other fresh bread, only toast or sweets like croissants.

Ski room access and SPA operating hours

Great hotel located near restaurants, bars, cafes and the Arinsal gondola. Rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was included and was absolutely necessary before hitting the slopes and the facilities were great too!

The room selected and the room received were different. Ended up with a slanted window in a side area = no view outside.

The stairways should have floor numbering, particularly as there are staggered stairways to either exit or access the building. The only lift available was tiny, and held only three average size people. I would be most concerned about emergency evacuation, should a fire break-out. Once again, I could not see floor numbering, and the stairways were STAGGERED and very confusing.

The restaurant isn't good, and the only dinner choice was a buffet that wasn't great. I got enough to eat, but it wasn't delicious or worth €22 for me.

The facilities and surroundings are wonderful, with beautiful grounds and a creek/river running through the back. I'm so happy that the hot tub was available for me to book an appointment. I like the bar and restaurant on site.

This hotel was within our budget for our stay in Andorra which was great but more importantly for us - it had a free car park. We had included breakfast and the breakfast was good with plenty of choice. We had two rooms and both were ok

The staff -in the reception and the pool bar as well - was extremely nice, always helpful. The massage was really good. The room was clean and well equipped (safe, many toiletries-very nice fragrance). The entire place was very pleasant.

The room key card kept malfunctioning which could be a bit irritating, it also tripped the electric and the fuse turned off. Easy fix but irritating. We were lucky to have left on Monday as a school trip arrived the night before and it was quite loud, the walls are very thin between the rooms.

The staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful. the location was good, not too far from the gondolas, walking distance but up a big hill! The breakfast was good with a variety of things to choose from. The room we stayed in had a balcony and the stream outside was a lovely view to enjoy in the mornings.

It's just slightly out of the main town, so it's a pretty steep walk uphill to get to the centre. But good on the way back because it was downhill! The decor was a little old and tired, but everything was nice and clean, so it didn't really bother us.

Lovely hotel. Ambience had an old-fashioned mountainy feel. Very cosy. Staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was amazing! My favourite thing was how dog-friendly they were. Dogs were allowed everywhere in the hotel apart from the restaurant, and we even received a welcome pack for the dogs, which included a ball, a collapsable drinking bowl and a treat. Really nice touch. Would defo book again here.
