SpainI think service need to be improved for this level of hotel and cost. Personal attitude of personnel is not great. Not bad, average, but comparing to the level of hotel - it just doesn’t look favorable. They make you just stand and wait unnoticed, you have to seek and ask for their attention when you come for dinner, or when you are checking out. No proper goodbye even in return. And I don’t think hotel was too busy. Also I was staying as a solo young female - I got asked a few times so they could make sure that I am alone or with someone. You clearly could see I was staying by myself from my booking or breakfast/dinner reservation :) not really progressive for a European mindset. The restaurant half board dinner menu lacks of vegan/vegetarian/seafood alternatives. Main dishes are all meat except for 1. Staff has difficulties speaking English. It haven’t affected my experience drastically, but still could be unnoticed.
Hotel is beautiful, very comfortable, beds and linen - everything is so comfy and great. Very clean. Very stylish rooms, bathroom is beautiful. Very good air ventilation, soundproof from the corridor - you actually can feel very peaceful there. You get really great accommodation for this money. Location is perfect as well. Breakfast is honestly one of the best I’ve ever got - range is not massive, but really great for healthy nutritional breakfast with very high quality of products, lots of protein options. Coffee is not great.

Excellent location in the main shopping district of Andorra la Vella — just a 1-minute walk to a large supermarket, shops, restaurants, and cafés. The room was very spacious, clean, modern, comfortable, and well-equipped. Exceptionally friendly and professional service at the reception. Delicious breakfast. 100% satisfied!
