This is a fabulous budget hotel. Exactly what I was looking for to escape a few days of 40 degree heat in Toulouse! I was particularly impressed with the awareness of potential noise from other rooms. The TV volume doesn't go up very loud and I was given a room with no neighbours - without having to ask (i know this isn't always possible if they are busy). There is always something to eat or drink there at very good prices breakfast, dinner... . They can't guarantee parking but if you ask they will see if they have a space in their garage. Reception are warm and friendly while remaining professional. Everything very clean. Absolutely superb and I hope to be back soon.

Expensive bars and restaurants. Low visibility on too many days, but the resort can’t be blamed for that. The piste map really was not the easiest to follow given the many peaks and valleys one might want to cover. And especially way too busy maps trying to show areas where multiple lifts started from and multiple runs may or may not connect to and from them…

Acres of space. Beautiful scenery, kind people (mainly staffed by Argentinians it seemed - and lovely they were!)

I had a lovely stay at the Hotel Soldeu Maistre. This was a 4 day solo ski trip, so the proximity of the hotel to the Soldeu gondola (right across the street), with access to ski lockers (€10 deposit), as well as food offering (bfast and dinner included, with optional lunch boxes for an additional fee) made it the perfect accommodation for this holiday! The staff were very friendly and were very helpful throughout my stay here.

WiFi was really poor. Outside terrace wasn't good, didn't exist really as it needed a total tidy up and make over. Could have been much better. Same for ski locker boot room in underground garage as it all needed improvement - lighting that worked properly and better facilities required as its a ski hotel in winter.

Comfortable 3 star hotel 5 mins walk to ski station. Good buffet-style choice of food. Staff were very helpful.

Excellent and varied local food, in great quantities on self serve basis. Nice little bar area. Nice staff. Great location very very near bus stop short walk from lift station, near the centre of things. Nice little bijou ski store.

Everything was fantastic and we will definitely return next year during ski season.

Location and rooms were excellent so was the very friendly and welcoming staff. Big thanks to receptionist Mayra who lets us check in promptly after we had a long journey and she was very personable, efficient and professional. Also buffet meals were great, we had half board with a nice variety and Michel's charming service was outstanding, giving us recommendations of local dishes (spot on!) and made our stay most pleasant. Muchisimas gracias :-)

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel & would return again.

The hotel was in a good position right in the centre of town and a 3 min walk to the gondola. The rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. Food was very nice and staff were very helpful.

The wifi is a joke in busy periods. Works fine at 2am when no one is using it ! Trivial but the shower head would not stay in position and the room door handle kept falling off

Didn’t have high expectations as the price is less than similar hotels in the resort and has a few negative reviews. Was pleasantly surprised, big room, staff very friendly, food varied and plentiful. Drinks cheap, location for resort amenities and ski lift excellent

It needs a bit of renovation. The rooms are small, instead the bathrooms are giants. The furnitures are old. They never fire the chimney. The lobby can be more attractive.

It’s location is perfect, just infront of the bus stop, and 200 m to the gondola. The staff was amazingly positive and helpful. The food was ok.
