Amazing little find in the middle of Andorra town. Old-fashioned, charming hotel and excellent value for money. The pool! At the top of the old car park, up three floors in the lift and some more stairs ... and there it is. An oasis of cool and calm, with views of the mountain and farms and a welcome breeze. Towels provided. Standard room booked but we had a front-facing double with a huge balcony. Brilliant stay!

    Nothing!

Fantastic location - could walk everywhere. Liked being in the old part of town as well. Parking was interesting but available. Room was very clean and nice and quiet.

It was a bit of a hassle parking - VERY tight garage - also the parking in front of the hotel to unload was very hard to see and difficult to use if facing the wrong direction. Would have liked to have a kettle in the room. A fridge would have been a super bonus. They were able to put my food in their fridge downstairs and give me hot water from the bar but it was a bit of a pain.

Central, clean, friendly staff. Great swimming pool. Good value for money.

Can be noisy at times. I could hear conversations in other rooms and in the hallways.

Great location near everything, generous breakfast and comfortable room. Well-kept property and professional staff.

The top floor [4th floor] is not serviced by the elevator. The elevator reaches the 3rd floor, and then one needs to walk up.

A well-located, clean, and comfortable hotel with great staff and a standout rooftop pool.

I found the the economy/small rooms cramped, though still manageable. Nothing really worth to mention as negative.

"My stay in the heart of the city centre was fantastic! The location was perfect, with everything I needed within walking distance. The area was vibrant and lively, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions to explore. I loved being in the midst of all the action, and I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. Highly recommend!"

A “proper” classy hotel at the nicest part of Andorra la Vella. There were some nice bars and restaurants nearby, and the welcome was friendly. The pool is actually on top of the neighbouring building - a car park - but is easily reached in flip flops and bathrobe from the room. It’s funny to be reminded of the rural roots of this place - now more like a huge airport shopping centre than an ancient Pyrenean mountain village - by the crowing cocks from the hillside allotments behind the hotel. Everything was lovely and clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. We stayed here twice - before and after doing the Coronallacs walking trail - and it was perfect for our needs with the bus stop for the Andbus transfer to Barcelona Airport 20m down the road.

Great hotel with history in the very heart of Andorra. We loved the decor, the beds, the really good breakfast. The hotel parking was a real help.

    Nothing comes to mind.

We had a great stay overall. The location was perfect, and it made a great base for exploring the area, with beautiful mountain views from the swimming pool.

The only downside was the location of our rooms, which faced an internal courtyard – it was quite dark inside, and there wasn’t much fresh air coming in. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

The staff were amazing. My wife fell ill during our stay and the staff were immensely helpful in arranging doctors, etc... and went out of their way to make things easy for me. I can't express how very grateful I am for all their help and support.

That we couldn't stay longer as the hotel was fully booked.
