I loved all the machines in the weight room and the indoor pool. Unfortunately they were both filled with so many people that you could not move.

Breakfast was a joke, not four stars. Fake orange juice and bad coffee. No service on the roof top terrace.

Hotel is quite old, rooms require renovation and it seems like they are trying to save money on everything. Even blankets are old and gruesome, I remember such blankets in kindergarten. SPA & fitness area is very small for such a big hotel. It should be child free at 20-21:00 but its not. Bath robes are not included! You need to rent it on reception and pay 5 euro for it! Imho This is ridiculous experience for the 4 star hotel with SPA((( there are no shampoo and hair conditioner in the room, there is only one soap dispenser in the shower for everything! This is expected for 2 stars hotel, not 4! Breakfast was usual, but dinner cannot recommend. Drinks are not included, except water, juice, coffee (that was horrible). Parking is not comfortable for big cars and is paid separately, around 16 euro per night, the annoying thing is that they do not allow you to park your car there before you pay for it. Do you think that I will park my car and run away or what?! =)

Located in the city center. This is the only thing, really, if it’s not that important for you - there are better places! Ok, one more, the cleaning lady was very nice, many thanks to her!

Easy access, off one of the main roads, great staff, excellent breakfast and amazing views from the roof terrace. The garage has some of the tightest parking spaces I've ever seen, but was convenient and good value for money. All in all, very satisfied.

I was expecting more for a 4-star hotel. The spa area was great and the rooms were nice, but bit old looking. The nights we stayed there was a large group of Spanish teens skiing I guess, that were very loud, at some point they were just screaming outside our door and even knocked. Some of them were polite, most of them were not. The hotel should set a couple of rules when this happens, otherwise the “relaxing time” is not relaxing at all. Breakfast was not good at all, I’ve had better in worse places. Staff were super friendly, maybe next time charge the city tax when we check in instead of when we are rushing to catch our bus at the check out. Overall we had a good experience, but it wasn’t very relaxing as we could hear teens yelling around the place and had to wait ten minutes just to get the elevator.

It is an old hotel that they are renovating. Rooms can be really good and standard. The place was fantastic for our New Year’s Eve celebration, we got the meal and party. The staff was fantastic, the location of the hotel is top, walking distance to shopping area. I highly recommend this hotel.

I didn't like a spa. Small pool and a lot of people. One jacuzzi for 4 persons and one sauna. In the toilet of the spa is very cold.

Slippers should be given in the rooms, because swimming pool is a good oppurtunity. When you have a long way fly, the slippers can occupy a space.

Parking is tight. Our car is big. It was a challenge.

We were here at the end of October. Not ski season yet. 1. Location is very nice to access the town 2. Breakfast and dinner are tasty and with good variety 3. Pool and Gym are nice 4. Sauna and Jacuzzi are nice 5. We bout lunch 19€ adults and 9€ kids before departure ant it was tasty and fulfilling 6. Parking at the place
