No toiletries , tea or coffee. Pull out sofa a little uncomfortable but not impossibly so. Pillows could be much better!

First time staying so long in a place that not providing enough toilet and dish washer. Just not convenient!

The apartment was not well cleaned when we arrived. Worn out furniture slowly needs to be replaced.

Location - great starting point for mountains. Balcony/view. Garage for the car. Kitchen with everything you need.

Given that I had a 10m old baby (and when reserving it was known), the cleanness of the property was a bit disappointing, the living room carpet was full of hair (not sure if animal or what, even though it was mentioned strictly no animals), the bed lining in the bedroom was dirty, dark hair in the sheets, my baby’s socks were full of it. The tap of the tub in the bathroom wasn’t working for hot water so the heater was set at 70 degrees so we can have hot water coming through for shower but in the kitchen you’d boil your hands washing the dishes. The pans weren’t usable, rusty and scratched, and we realized when we wanted to cook that there is no lighter to turn the cooker so my husband had to go all the way to Canillo to buy one from the petrol station (none of us is smoking). just small things,

The view was amazing, the fact that it had parking, the location was good, quiet, good for a relaxing weekend.

The electric stove was not working well. It long time to prepare food for 5 people. The parking is awful. All the time we had to go up and down along a narrow serpentine. We damaged our car bc it is big and needed bigger space. When I asked at the reception to allow us to leave the car on the first floor,they refused at the time there were a lot of free places!(((

The apartment is big, spacious with great view. The kitchen was good equipped. The location is not far from the center of Andorra.

We had an emergency situation at appartment round 8 am and none of the emergency contacts worked including taxi, reception( wasnt open yet) and emergency number. Finally I got doctor who could speak limited english and adviced us to drive to hospital straight. Finally we got help after 1,5 hours

I was one of 3 families booking an apartment and we all booked the same night and expected the apartments to be close together. Whereas one was right at the top of the resort, I was mid way down and the third was by ransol roundabout. There was no indication that the apartments can be scattered around el tarter. On booking.com you are led to believe the apartments are in one location. Was disappointed with that.

We had a few issues with the garage door. We found that the bedsheets were not very clean and I think the price was too high.

Nice cozy apartment. The sofa bed was acceptable in comfort.

The directions for check in were very difficult, I had to make 2 calls to the office to find them. The apartment required a lot of maintenance and the heating did not work. The pillows were quite dirty underneath the pillowcases, and the mattress on the fold out bed was very stained.

Kitchen was good and clean. It could use some kitchen towels and paper.

Walking distance from the slopes. You could see them from the balcony. Really nice views. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Perfect for two couples or a couple with two kids. It has like 4-5 restaurants nearby.

The WiFi was EXTREMELY SLOW. A bad smell of the apartment. Not well aired out. Extra pay if you don't clean the apartment after you leave which is outrageous.
