We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

UkraineThe location is very convenient - in the city center on a pedestrian street. The room is spacious and comfortable. Parking is convenient and bright, with access via the elevator directly to the reception. The staff is friendly. Breakfast and dinner were delicious.

ItalyA welcoming and pleasant hotel, clean, with spacious rooms, an excellent breakfast, and good services. Located right in the city center. Unfortunately, the description on Booking does not make it clear that it is not accessible by car, not even for loading/unloading luggage. The suggested garage is a partnered public underground car park, with its entrance on the opposite side of the block from the hotel, making it quite a distance away. There is an access point that allows you to enter the hotel directly, but it is not well signposted in the car park, and in any case, the doors only open with the room key card, which you receive after checking in. Once this small initial inconvenience was overcome, the stay was excellent.

We really enjoyed staying in room with balcony - on the top floor. Great location to enjoy the balcony and look down at the activity on the main pedestrian street of Andorra as Vella. The breakfast buffet was also nice.

PortugalThis is an absolutely wonderful hotel! I’ve never seen such a huge bed anywhere else — it was incredibly comfortable to sleep on! The view of the city and the mountains from the window was amazing. The staff were very polite. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was exceptional — truly beyond praise. Everything was perfect!

PolandOnly the restaurant staff during breakfast: they’re expected (by the manager, I guess I noticed properly) to care definitely too much about the guests: keep watching by you, almost following your steps, to the point of taking the guests’ plate away not asked and too soon! They also seemed stressed to me, not a nice atmosphere between the staff was there in the air. It does not create a good impression on guests.
Amazingly central location, wonderful staff at the reception, very clean and comfortable, great mountain views and very good breakfast. We’ll be definitely back.

The hotel has a good location in the heart of the capital, and it is surrounded by malls and different shops. The room was fashionable, and it had a large area, including a toilet. The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast was good.
