The hot tub water temperature could be higher.

The view from our room was fine. The location is ideal for hiking. The spa was nice to have after the hikes. The staff was very friendly.

Pay attention to which floor your room is on and where the balcony faces. At first, we were given a room on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the parking lot. After discussing with the staff, they changed our room to a neighboring one with a balcony facing the mountains.

Good location. Very quiet surroundings. The breakfast for €5 is definitely worth it and enough for the morning.

    No oven.

Excellent value for money, we had an apartment with a kitchen and it had everything we needed. There wasn't an oven but there was an electric hob and microwave. Parking was very straightforward. Self check in using a tablet at reception means you can arrive whenever. Beautiful views of the mountains.

There was no garden area, even though the photos make it look like there is one. This was an issue for the dog.

The views and room were outstanding and really well equipped.

You had to walk downhill & up to get to restaurants. Very steep hill down & up. Did not know the hotel was situated on a very steep hill.

Nice corner apartment with wonderful view. Lots of space. An elevator was definitely needed & free parking was great.

A bit out of town on a very steep road with no pavement. There was not a lot of choice offered at the optional breakfast.

The views were fantastic, nice balcony. Parking nearby. There was a lift. Well equipped with a kettle and large fridge. Very comfortable and clean.

In this hotel, you check in on your own, which is very convenient. A car pass has already been prepared for us. At the same time, there are always staff members, who are ready to answer your questions and help. For 5 euros, you can order breakfast for the next morning, but we did not use this service. The room has a well-equipped kitchen. The small SPA with sauna, hammam and Jacuzzi was a very pleasant bonus after a long mountain walk. The room had a window and a balcony facing the mountains from different sides. The hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the beginning of the hiking trails and a 5-minute walk from the funicular.

Over all, our eight day stay was good, despite the shortcomings of the apartment.

We rented a one bedroom apartment for eight days, approximately 40 square meters. What we got was a little over 30 square meter apartment with a huge balcony. The so called bedroom was rather a nook, with no window and no door either. I call that a false advertising. The mattress was incredibly uncomfortable. After 4 days, we slept on the sofa in the living area. The other pieces of furniture were rather dated.

One of the most beautiful are we have ever seen. Exceptionally helpful staff. After checking in, we realized that the tv remote was broken. They tried to replace it, but it didn't work either. Within two hours, they gave us a new tv.

The place needs a bit of TLC, the light fixtures are falling out, the towel heater has exposed wires and the main issue was that the heaters couldn’t be turned off in some of the rooms. The wifi kept going out.

Location is nice, very good staff, wonderful views! Spotless when it comes to cleanliness and offers some very nice amenities.

Overall, a good place if you don't get one of the ground floor rooms.
    • Leisure trip

If you're lucky, you won't face most of the problems. I was given a ground floor room, marked PB01, not far from the breakfast area. Unfortunately, I woke up both mornings to someone digging in the kitchen, not once or twice, but repeatedly for two hours. If you go to bed late at night, this is not what you want to wake up to. I was bothered by the fact that I couldn't even pull the blackout curtains because the window of the room opened onto the back terrace of the hotel, where guests were having coffee or walking their dogs. There are two such rooms on the ground floor and from what I saw, there are four rooms on each floor and four floors, so there is a relatively good chance that you won't get the ground floor room when you book, and then you won't face the above problems. I had another problem, parking. If you arrive late at the hotel, you unfortunately have to be creative, to park your car somewhere that doesn't obstruct other people, you don't hang out at the bus stop, you don't stand in front of the gate, so it's not easy. By the way, when you check in, you get a card that proves that your car belongs to one of the hotel's guests. If you don't leave this in a clearly visible place, your car may be towed. I think the room numbering on the fire evacuation plan in my room is messed up, if this could lead to a criminal charge during a fire audit, it would be worth fixing it.

Unfortunately, I arrived late, but fortunately there was an automatic check-in function, which I was sufficiently informed about. The host was very informative, I received a lot of useful information for finding the accommodation, parking, and auto-check-in. The bed was comfortable for me, the room was quite spacious, there was a wardrobe where I could put my clothes, the room was very well equipped, I stayed in four accommodations on this trip and in terms of equipment and thoughtfulness, this was the best, it is clear that they did not start their profession today, they have plenty of experience. Several people complained about the size of the shower cabin, I had no problem with that, even though I am 184 cm tall. The accommodation is in a nice place.

The only issues I encountered were with hot water, I couldn't use it until I found a handle beside the shower and I opened it myself, and it can get a little bit noisy depending on your neighbors.

It's a cozy and very welcoming structure, well cleaned, furnished and there's a pleasant smell inside all the facility. Position is great as it's near many trails and is located in a calm and quiet valley, near rivers and a forest. The structure also offers brochures to help you out on your visit of the country. Self check-in is key! Loved it.
