How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Verified reviewGreat overall vibe. Love that the spa opens super early so one can go before breakfast, unlike other hotels. Great ambience in the exterior terrace with DJ music by the swimming pool. Also loved that kids can go in the big spa pool with everyone, I travel with family and that is super important for me, I wish they also had a jacuzzi for kids bcs that is only limited to adults. Overall service great, people kind and courteous. Kids really loved the playground, it doesn't look all that different from others but somehow very functional and they were playing there all day.
Room was clean but could definitively notice residual smoke smell, first I thought maybe its from the chimney, but cigarette odor is different from wood chimney odor. Some restaurant dishes were awkward, like the salad with strawberries, foamed cheese and sugar glazed "something" just simply too sweet for a salad. Then there was some peruvian ceviche with pumpkin ? And it has some dry fried corn that was so hard u could break the tooth. Just weird choices of ingredients that simply dont come together at all. 99% of staff was excellent, but some individuals not so much. The hats in spa you have to buy to swim (if you don't have your own) leave tremendous amount of tint. It stained my white swimming shorts, yes I get it, noone else has white swimwear, but regardless, the ink was so strong that i would recommend washing those hats heavily before using, if you have no other choice but the ones they sell.

No guest laundry as advertised. Guest laundry means washing machine and dryer available for guest use. This is different to a laundry service. The thumping bass from the pool area that went from mid-morning through to late night was ridiculous. Its not a frat house. Even when the pool was closed, which was frequently, the bass could still be heard.

The kitchen was poorly equipped, no cutting board or cooking knife for example.. in the resort the sauna was outdated and the hamam had a unpleasant smell.

The room are very old and need refurbishment!!! the bath tub is yellow from old and all sealing black mouldy microwave must be 20 years old. Place is clean bit not worth that money!!! Spend money on room refurbishment. Charging 15 euros for parkong when you pay for 200 euros appartment is a joke. Also check in is 4, i think room was ready but they do not gibe it at 3pm. ..

Verified reviewThe place was amazing, surrounded by nature, and the facilities were excellent. The service at the restaurant and in the gym/spa area was very good, and the room was spacious and well-equipped.
We booked for 4 people but only 3 of us ended up coming. However, we were still charged the tourist tax for 4. The receptionist confirmed it was just 3 people, but the amount charged matches the rate for 4. We were also charged 20 euros per night for the dog, which is understandable, but we weren’t informed of the amount in advance. The Booking.com listing only mentions "Charges may be applicable" without specifying the cost.

Verified reviewWe had a nice stay at Aparthotel AnyosPark Mountain & Wellness Resort. The location is fantastic – nestled in the mountains with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere, yet still close to everything you need. The breakfast was generous and delicious, with a wide variety of choices to start the day right. We also really enjoyed the spa area – relaxing, well-equipped, and inviting after a day of exploring.
The overall setting and amenities are great, but the room could benefit from some renovation and a bit more attention to cleanliness. In addition, we found the reception staff to be somewhat unmotivated and disinterested, which slightly impacted the welcoming feeling.

The apartment was in poor condition. Weird smokey smell inside. Didn't even bother cooking there. Pictures look better than actually is.

Verified reviewThe location was so beautiful, we had a terrace with a great view that we used with pleasure. The apartment was really specious and the beds were comfortable. We had included breakfast and it was really delicious.
We didn't have an electric kettle in our apartment or a small pan to boil the water to make some tea.

Verified reviewBreakfast was amazing. Almost all you can ask for other than pancakes and waffles.
When walking in the main lobby, you get a great feeling of luxury, they then send you to the lower counter after taking two elevators ( the panoramic should not be lit up at night to see the village better) you then enter a lower class lobby where they stop speaking english or french. They tell you to walk outside and go to the last building where the room seemed less fancy than expected for the price paid.

Verified reviewI had a two and a three year old with me. It was brilliant for them. Wide selection of foods at buffets. All common areas beautifully maintained. Indoor playground alongside the sports bar was brilliantly located. Staff lovely and friendly especially Paulina at the sports bar.
Apartments could do with an update (they are not modern but very clean) but in terms of value for money this place is bang on.
