The kitchen was poorly equipped, no cutting board or cooking knife for example.. in the resort the sauna was outdated and the hamam had a unpleasant smell.

We booked for 4 people but only 3 of us ended up coming. However, we were still charged the tourist tax for 4. The receptionist confirmed it was just 3 people, but the amount charged matches the rate for 4. We were also charged 20 euros per night for the dog, which is understandable, but we weren’t informed of the amount in advance. The Booking.com listing only mentions "Charges may be applicable" without specifying the cost.

The place was amazing, surrounded by nature, and the facilities were excellent. The service at the restaurant and in the gym/spa area was very good, and the room was spacious and well-equipped.

The overall setting and amenities are great, but the room could benefit from some renovation and a bit more attention to cleanliness. In addition, we found the reception staff to be somewhat unmotivated and disinterested, which slightly impacted the welcoming feeling.

We had a nice stay at Aparthotel AnyosPark Mountain & Wellness Resort. The location is fantastic – nestled in the mountains with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere, yet still close to everything you need. The breakfast was generous and delicious, with a wide variety of choices to start the day right. We also really enjoyed the spa area – relaxing, well-equipped, and inviting after a day of exploring.

When walking in the main lobby, you get a great feeling of luxury, they then send you to the lower counter after taking two elevators ( the panoramic should not be lit up at night to see the village better) you then enter a lower class lobby where they stop speaking english or french. They tell you to walk outside and go to the last building where the room seemed less fancy than expected for the price paid.

Breakfast was amazing. Almost all you can ask for other than pancakes and waffles.

Apartments could do with an update (they are not modern but very clean) but in terms of value for money this place is bang on.

I had a two and a three year old with me. It was brilliant for them. Wide selection of foods at buffets. All common areas beautifully maintained. Indoor playground alongside the sports bar was brilliantly located. Staff lovely and friendly especially Paulina at the sports bar.

Definitely people had smoked in the room at some point, though that's perhaps not the fault of the establishment. The bathrooms were technically clean, but could do with some renovation/maintenance- grouting, silicon looked shabby. Also, difficult to reach without a car, but parking was expensive for the entire stay.

Generous sized room, sheep could be heard from our balcony (in the adjacent field) which we loved, beds comfortable, linen clean, room was warm in winter, views nice from balcony

Swimming pool is very small, and can be very crowded between 7 and 9pm. During dinner time water is ration by glasses.

Complex of hotels and apartments is exeptional. One will find everything they need- spacious rooms swimming pool, restaurants...

It was hard to get good communication from the staff - the pool is used by local schools between 4-7pm hence not available, we only found out later that we could use the sauna etc. Also had to pay to park at the hotel - 75 euros for 5 nights

The apartment was dated and needs updating. There is no sound proofing so when someone flushes their toilet it feels like you are in the room or worse due to echo of it. When people walking outside it’s very disturbing again due to the echo of it! The parking is £15 per day extra when booking via booking.com. This is apparently included if you book directly with the hotel. Very aggressive response from a staff member at the spa entrance due to us not speaking Spanish and needing help. It was very intimidating! Generally you might need to have conversational Spanish or French to make your life easier there!

Apartament much smaller than looked on photographs, and very dated. Not ideal for 4 people. However beds were comfortable. Not enough Ski shuttles - fully booked every day. Not enough ski equipment in the ski rentall shop in the hotel to cover the need. Purchased ski passes worth 200 euros for the next day, only to find out they were for 'today', when asked for refund we were told we can only buy passes for the same day- this wasn't communicated when we specifically asked for passes for 'tomorrow', the refund wasn't processed.

Everything was fantastic and well thought out; however our water, at times, would come out brown, and we were not confident to drink it. Otherwise everything was seamless. And I thought we were going to get a balcony with a view, but that doesn't take away the fun we had.

I didn’t like that you have to walk in the freezing air outside after the spa. Because the spa and the rooms are in different buildings and there is no closed area to walk through. Also the breakfast was poor

The spa area by the pool needs a serious update. Tatty, nowhere to lie down and noisy kids..more sports centre than zen. The apartments are very basic..nowhere to plug in phone by bed..no toaster, kettle..cleaning staff a bit bossy

It's an expensive property.

The sport center is the highlight of this hotel! Very nice gym and great pool and spa facilities. Good size apartments, and friendly staff. Also, the ski rental store and the shuttles to the skiing areas are a great bonus.

Different check in locations depending on what you book and not explained well which location you need to go. You have to pay A LOT for parking which is 110% absurd (it should be included). Room quality vs price is below average in my opinion. Rooms are in need of an upgrade. Limited and basic appliances. It all seems a bit 1980's style to me. Outlets missing by bed and other useful locations. Heating was overkill and very dry. All sorts of wonderful offerings at the facility ...BUT at high cost. Andorra in general reminds me of the false promise of airport duty free savings - where everything is more expensive and not that exciting.

Comfortable bed. The breakfast option was nice. Pets allowed with certain accommodation options. Very reasonable check out times.

I didnt like that the parking was not taken care of by the hotel. Parking was supposed to be €75 but I ended up paying more then €100. Also, the waitresses in the restaurant told us we had to pay full price for our children which are 6 and 11. €26 is a chunck of change especially when drinkd don't come with it.

We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere.
