The property is highly suitable for families, it is convenient, it is well equipped. One of the best assets is its personnel, ultra accommodating, friendly and understanding. Totally recommend it.

Perfect people from first step till last one. Very ckean rooms, nice mountains view, comfortable rooms and beds. All familly liked spa zone with 2 sauna’s (finnish and turcish) and 2 jacuzzi with speciall outside jacuzzi on big balcony. Perfect restaurant in front of hotel.

The apartments are not near any town or city, so there isn't much to do in the immediate area if you are there outside of ski season (but we knew this beforehand and so we weren't disappointed/suprised).

Lautaro at the front desk was great! The apartment was clean and nice. The robes to go down to the spa were a nice touch.

All good except have to pay for parking and cheaper and easier to park on the street, not really restaurants within walking distance.

Not a problem as such, but it is in quite an isolated location - not much to do in the actual town of Soldeau, but is probably great during skiing season. We went for a nice walk next to the river.

The apartment had everything we needed like cooking facilities, comfy beds, a washing machine, fridge and dishwasher. The receptionist was friendly and gave some suggestions for outings.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was beautiful and very quiet, which made it easy to relax. The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even our cat felt at home, which says a lot. We'd be happy to come back another time.

Immediately upon arrival, our stay was made more pleasant by the lady at the reception, who was very nice, helpful and full of energy. For the price I paid, it was unbelievable what I could use in the hotel, a wonderful wellness area outside and inside, and fitness center and also a garage. the suite was very huge and had a very beautiful view on the mountains. we will definitely come back again soon. thank you

Everything was perfect. Bear in mind that having a car is quite necessary, especially in the off season.

Amazing hotel - we came here in the off season. We had a lovely apartment with great views. As few people were there we had the Jacuzzi outside to ourselves every day. The staff was lovely and helpful, and they are super dog friendly. We would definitely come back any time!

We had to drive everywhere as none of the local restaurants were open. The floor was not as clean as we would have liked.

The hot tub outside was nice. The apartment was functional and fine for the three of us for two nights.

Poor insulation. When sleeping in couch, upstairs dog barking disturbed sleep. Also more cutleries csn be nice and a small cupboard in the bed room.

Amazing view from the corridors with snowy mountain and river. Facilities offered such as jacuzzi and sauna. Rooms had shutters to cut out light during sleep.

The apartment was big and confortably fit our party. The location was excellent and we found parking easily. Lautaro at the reception was amazing, stellar service. The only negative was that the apartment was not properly clean. There was a massive amounts of dust under the bed. We had to get something under the couch pillows and it was filled with trash. Right after they cleaned, my son walked barefoot and his socks were brown. Value for money was also good. We would stay there again.

Although there was a free transfer to one ski area, you have to get a public bus to the closest village/gondola and that only runs every 30 mins. Made getting children to their lessons tricky and limited evening options for dinner etc.

Lovely large apartment, great spa facilities and even a small play room for the kids. Restaurant and shop over the road which was very helpful.

The sofa bed was not very comfortable to sit on and even more challenging to sleep on, as it was quite squeaky and not very supportive.

Spacious apartment with a well-equipped kitchen. Nice and cozy, with access to Netflix. Great location near shops and ski lifts. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi and steam room. We also had a huge terrace with stunning views. Parking was never an issue, as we always found a space nearby. Overall, an enjoyable stay in a family-friendly place.

There was some issue with the washing machine, it wasn’t working bc there was stale water in it.
