After a long research I booked this hotel in January’25 for a week stay in July.The reviews were good and rating over 8.7 A week before my stay I have decided to look up again the reviews and some additional information and regretted that I booked it.Only bad reviews. We went anyway,because the room was non-refundable. First impression-bad looking entrance with two lifts leads to the stunning lobby. Reception staff ask you to pay straight away security deposit-$100 per night (it was $700 for my stay) We have amazing city view room,unfortunately the windows were dirty(outside).The room was good,fresh towels every day!Really happy with housekeeping! The gym is with Time Square view!Amazing! Coffee machine only in request!Coffee capsules only in request! We didn’t have breakfast included in the room rate,but the breakfast area is small and there was a queue every morning. We have been given complimentary $10 per night for the bar.

Their dedication and positive attitude made the stay exceptionally pleasant. I am highly satisfied and would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team.
I didn’t use all of the facilities, but everything I needed was more than enough. I had no complaints at all. When the coffee machine wasn’t working, it was quickly replaced. Any problems are solved right away, and the staff truly enjoy their work. That makes the stay even better. My sincere thanks and respect to the whole team

Wi-Fi that's not free in 2025? And it's also very slow. The front desk staff and dinner waiters are extremely polite and helpful. In contrast, the morning restaurant staff (especially one Asian lady) were quite rude. My rating would have been a 7 if not for the helpful front desk staff, a 9 if the morning waiters had been more courteous, and a 10 if the Wi-Fi were free.

Location was fabulous, central to downtown, Pike Place Markets and the Hop on Hop off bus.
I have tried to contact the hotel on numerous occasions as I left a bag behind. I spoke to a couple of different staff that said they would get back to me and they still haven’t even though I left over 4 weeks ago. Disappointed!

“Very nice apartment hotel near the Coc Beach. We were located in the apartment beat the beach which was a great advantage. Comfortable bed and quite big bathroom and kitchen area. We didn’t use a hot tube as you need a key for it and works only during the reception hours. Generally I looked this place a lot.”

“The property is modern, well laid out and freshly appointed. It is clean with modern fittings that help soothe weary bones after a long day on the Camino. The host Jose went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed to settle in. We were very comfortable, beds were sublime. Being 4 minutes to the main square with pubs and restaurants made it easy to refuel after the long day. Top marks all around. Highly recommended and would stay here again!”

“I like the feeling of being “at home”, the apartment is really beautiful, spacious, comfortable. The view is great, giving the fact there is not much to see. The cocoon on the balcony is the great photo-shooting spot. Everything was clean, well equipped, nearby Lidl is a bonus. Giving the fact that the railway station is literally 10 min of a slow walk - that’s the best place to stay in this city.”

“Fantastic welcome when we arrived and such a stunning lobby. So easy to park car and settle in for a couple of days. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Heaps of ammenities including sun deck, cocktail bar and swimming pool. Free coffee is served every morning. The location was great and added bonus of bottled water.”
