The hotel is in a beautiful location with stunning views of Kabak bay and the valley. It is peaceful and quiet with plenty of space between the suites. Breakfast is enourmous and a great selection of local foods. The roads to the hotel were well paved and safe. Parking at the hotel is ample and easy. It was a 30 minute drive to Ölüdeniz where there are plenty of activities to keep you entertained. The hotel is on the Lycian way so offers you walks from the hotel to even more beautiful sites.”

  The room is just like the pictures, the bed is comfortable and the shower works well. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable 3 nights in San Francisco. We were able to walk down to Fisherman's Wharf from the hotel quite easily and the local busses were easy to use too.

  It's not a quiet place to stay, the people in the room above were really noisy and you can hear the road noise. On I think it was Thursday morning we were woken up at 5am to a bin lorry in the street outside our door, then another came at 5.25am. Nothing the hotel can do about it of course but it is something to be aware of, as the sound proofing isn't great.

  Location is amazing. Central to everything and penn station. The double room is very small , however we were upgraded which was wonderful and much more spacious in a twin room which had two bathrooms and two seperate double beds.

  So the property is in a huge residential area and not really for tourists. It is a pet friendly building but unfortunately the corridors did smell in certain area of urine and doggy smell. DrsZ I booked and pshared that a have mobility struggles, I feel it was not taken into account and not catered towards those with disabilities. Not very clean floors were very dusty and dirty. Bed where terrible and very very uncomfortable, lumpy and noisy when moving just slightly in bed. The sofa beds was not good at all as you could feel the spring as soon as we lay down or sat on sofa. Lift didn’t work.for first day. No bathroom mat and also there was no shower Mat to stand on whilst in the bath making it difficult to get out.

  Our room was not comfortable. It was sooooo tiny we couldnt open both suitcases at the same time. The queen bed was very small and also against the wall, so one of us had to climb over the other when he wanted to get up. When I tried to use the safe in the room, I was told that the safes throughout the hotel are not operational. Weird. In
